Brush off any loose dirt before proceeding to cleaning
procedures. Prepare a cleaning solution of 15ml mild
dish washing detergent with 1 liter of room temperature
water (72° F); use a sponge or a soft bristle brush to
clean area where needed. Rinse thoroughly to remove
all soap residue. Do not machine dry. Fabric should only
be air dried.
HEAVY CLEANING FOR STUBBORN STAINS AND MILDEW
The fabric does not promote mildew growth; however,
mildew may grow on dirt and other foreign substances.
If mildew ever occurs, you may consider bleaching the
fabric according to the following instructions:
• Test small area before proceeding to cleaning the entire
cushion fabric.
• Blend 50ml of bleach and 15ml of dish washer detergent
with 1 liter of room temperature water.
• Spray on entire area and let solution soak into the fabric.
• Scrub vigorously with a soft bristle brush, sponge, or
clean towel.
• Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Allow
fabric to air dry.

Wholesale Purchasing Requirements Prior to
Order Processing
Delivery
Returns and Exchanges
• Businesses in the Home & Garden Industry qualify for
wholesale purchasing with SOLIS.
• Provide federal tax E.I.N. number or a business license.
• Provide stationary from your company.
• All orders will be delivered to Port of Long Beach, CA or
designated ports throughout the United States, unless
SOLIS specifies otherwise. Every effort to efficiently
ship all orders will be made.
• All freight charges are prepaid.
• Delivery is standard curb side.
• No returns or exchanges
Order Processing
Customer is responsible to inspect all merchandise upon
arrival. Note any apparent damage or shortage on delivery
receipt. Any reported damage or shortage after delivery
acceptance is NOT the responsibility of SOLIS. Refusal of
any shipment by customer will incur additional charges.
• Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
• All weight and dimensions are approximate.
• Ask your representative for container load prices.

• cushion style number and color number (orders placed
with fabric names or descriptions will not be processed)

An email will be sent to verify the accuracy of all orders.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the verification
email for accuracy. Notify SOLIS immediately of any changes
or errors.
Out of stock items will be placed in backorder and the
order will be held until all items are complete unless
otherwise noted on the the purchase order to “split ship”.
Freight Claims
Special Notes
The above terms apply to all orders accepted by SOLIS
regardless of terms stated on purchase orders or by your
sales REP at any time.
• Your selections are delivered to the freight carrier in
new condition.
• Inspect your goods upon arrival.
• For damaged items, you must file a claim with the freight
carrier, not SOLIS.
• Apparent damage, concealed damage and shortage
are your responsibility.
After inspecting your merchandise, notify the freight
carrier of any of the above problems.
Priority Rush
• “Priority Rush” orders will ship within 5-10 days.
• Rush orders must specify priority shipping instructions.
• A 30% up charge fee will be added for priority handling.
• Rush orders go immediately into production and cannot
be cancelled.
• SOLIS cannot absorb priority shipping costs.
Terms of Sale
All first time orders must be prepaid. All repeat
orders are prepaid unless approved credit terms
are established and agreed upon prior to sale.

Cancellations
• No cancellations or modifications after 48 hours from
order verification.
• A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged on orders that
are ready for freight company to pick up.

RESIDENTIAL USE WARRANTIES
Limited Warranties
The following limited warranties are extended to the original
residential use purchaser and does not apply to floor
samples. This warranty does not apply to commercial use.
• Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Warranties are non-transferable to a subsequent owner.
• Pictures or inspection may also be required.
• These warranties supersede all previous warranties.
• In some cases, there will be a pro-rated charge for the
time the product was in use.
All furniture should be stored in an upright position to
allow for proper water drainage. Storing furniture upside
down may cause water to accumulate and freeze inside
the frame, leading to serious structural damage that is
not covered by warranty. SOLIS may discontinue any
component part such as fabric, paint, etc. at any time.
Aluminum Frames
5-Year Limited Warranty
SOLIS reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or
greater quality if the cast aluminum frame fails structurally
(i.e., broken frame or welds) under normal use or conditions,
and falls within the warranty period, and identical materials
are unavailable for repair or replacement.
• SOLIS will pay within one year from the date of purchase,
shipping costs in the continental United States to repair
or replace a defective frame.
• After one year from the date of purchase, the original
retail purchaser will be responsible for packing and
shipping cost.
• The warranty covers only normal usage.
• No warranty applies to any condition resulting from
misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect
or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care.
SOLIS does not warrant against damages caused by acts
of nature, exposure to extreme climate conditions, ocean
air, exposure to suntan oil or other chemicals, normal
fading or weathering, scratching or chipping of the finish.

identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement.
Umbrella frames are guaranteed for one full year to be
free from defects in original material and workmanship.
SOLIS will, at company option, repair or replace the
umbrella in the original color and style, if available, or
in a similar style if it has been discontinued if a defect
in the original material or workmanship appears during
the warranty period.
SOLIS extends warranty coverage to the original retail
purchaser that all furniture covers will be free from material
and manufacturing defects for one year from the date of
purchase. Replacement fabrics may vary in color from the
original due to dye lot differences. SOLIS reserves the right
to substitute materials of equal or better quality if within
the warranty period identical materials are unavailable
for repair or replacement.
