Day 1 Paris Arrival in Paris. After check-in at your hotel, the balance of the
day is at leisure to explore Paris, the magnificent capital of France. Packed
with monuments, museums, art, nightlife, eateries and shops, Paris
remains - in spite of all the clichés - one of the most inspiring cities in the
world.
Day 2-3 Paris Days at leisure to discover all Paris has to offer or to take an
optional tour. (B)
Day 4 Paris/Marseille/La Cadiere D’Azur This morning, board your train to
Marseille. Upon arrival you will pick up your rental car at the rail station and
drive to La Cadière d’Azur. Check in at the Hostellerie Bérard. On your first
night, enjoy a gourmet welcome dinner at the hotel. (B,D)
Day 5-8 La Cadiere D’Azur Enjoy learning the art of Provençal cooking with
four days of culinary classes hosted by Master Chef René Bérard. Your
Master Chef will also accompany you during visits to local markets,
vineyards, honey bee producers and much more. Lunches are included. Use
your free time to explore the Provence region: Avignon, Arles, Nimes, Aix-enProvence just to name a few. (B,L)
Day 9 La Cadiere D’Azur/Marseille to USA (or extend your stay) Drop off
your car in Marseille and say “au revoir” to France or extend your stay. (B)
