5. How to let customers stop re-fill helium tanks?
1)It uses the non-refillable cylinder valve which can be repeated opening and closing,
but cannot be filled gas again.
2)Valve installation takes the non-demolition welded structures. It is soldered directly to
the helium tank valve seat to prevent people from re-filling tanks by replacing the valve.

First, unscrew the black cap on the valve and install the pneumatic nozzle on the helium
tank. Then gently opening the valve and gas will not come out.
Second, put the balloon on the pneumatic nozzle, clutch balloons and pneumatic nozzle,
gently lift or press down the pneumatic nozzle ( please remember slowly lift the black
part of the pneumatic nozzle, because the balloon will explode if too fast). then begin
fill balloon. Then flat the black part of the pneumatic nozzle and the gas will not
come out when the balloon is filled to the appropriate size. Put the pneumatic nozzle
into original state.
Finally, take the balloon gently from the nozzle and tie these full balloons with ribbons.
NOTE: After the end of the inflating balloons, please turn off the valve to prevent helium
leak in the tank.
Helium Tank Precautions
First, it is the disposable helium tank bottle valve that is installed on the
portable home use helium tank, which ensure that the tank will only be
allowed once use. It is hereby declared that it’s user’s legal liability for the
accident that may arise by re-filling the tank.
Second, household portable helium tank should be stored in a cool, ventilated,
and dry place. The ambient temperature must not exceed 55 .
Third, as much as possible to prevent the collision, dropping, damage and
deformation during transport.
Fourth, the bursting disc on the tank needs to be protected from hammering
and sharp hard object collision and friction.
Fifth, make sure it is adult action.
