Founded in 1999, BioStep Orthotic Lab specializes in
the development of custom foot orthotics, ankle braces

Payment
BioStep accepts check, cash, and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express). Make checks payable to “BioStep”.
Shipping
If you are in the the greater Los Angeles County area, BioStep offers a free pickup and delivery service. If you are located outside this
area we will ship your products to you free of charge. Shipping costs of negative casts from our customers to BioStep are not covered.
Returns
Due to the nature of most of our products, returns will be handled by individual case. If the product is custom, a return will not be accepted.
We can only exchange or repair it. Returns will not be accepted on the sole grounds that the patient refuses delivery.
Warranty
The limited warranty covers the following:
// Breakage of the plastic (shell) portion of the orthosis for up to one year.
// Defects in workmanship for up to 30 days of initial device delivery.
// Damage caused by misuse, abuse or accident is not covered.
// Alterations or repairs not made by BioStep will not be covered.
