She has been involved in Retail Consulting across the Southeast for since 2009 as
the Municipality Consultant Director at The Shopping Center Group. Lacy consults with Economic Development Agencies and Municipalities on customizing
retail development strategies. She specializes in training workshops and speaking
engagements on Best Practices in Retail Recruitment for rural America.
Prior to her role at Retail Strategies, Lacy worked in GIS and research for TSCG.
From 2001-2005, she was with the Dickson County, TN Chamber of Commerce.
