Jan/Feb 2014 Legacy 2014 kicks-off a legacy honoring the lives of three of the most pivotal people who are dedicating their lives to keeping the Sociedad Guadalupana open, blessed, and vibrant for future generations! Grandma Antoñia (Toñita) Cruz Garza dedicated her life to El Niño Fidencio and his mission. 2013 marked the 50th Anniversary of the Sociedad Guadalupana in Decatur, Indiana. The Sociedad Guadalupana is named after the Virgen Maria our Lady of Guadalupe it’s because of her love, devotion and intercessorary prayer that this iglesia is blessed and is being maintained for over 50 years. We do not get here alone! They oversee and take care of us in the spirit and we aid them here on earth. It is an honor, please consider donating to the Sociedad Guadalupana Legacy honoring them! Remember when you left to go on the journey to the church. Remember looking back how you felt and when you first laid eyes on, Toñita, how you felt. What were the feelings, thoughts that went through you? Please consider sharing your story. They want to hear your thoughts! They are alive and listening to your prayers! Tithes, Offerings & Alms Call-out for a sacrificial Tithes, Offerings, and Alms Please consider committing one month of almsgiving. For you and your family. Make it a family project and dedicate it to El Niño Fidencio. Please make it a family committment! Ex. Ideas - Collect Cans: on the weekend for one month and donate the proceeds to the Niño at the Sociedad Guadalupana. Some other potential ideas would be to host a bake sale or garage sale close to where you live. You’ll be blessed by Vital Words to the Body of Christ GOD and El Niño Fidencio. Every bit helps. Freely We Have Received, Freely We Give! 2013 Wrap-up Overwhelmed by the togetherness at the dance. To make it a huge hit. How beautiful this was and we thank everyone who brought, bought or helped in any way. There was tremendous help. Also to the people who made the procession possible. Because it was a sacrifice and a giving of thanks for all the work, Toñita, did for her mission Last year was an extraordinary year! We had a Spring dance which helped us with our utilities; to get us through to August. The unity of the procession and the entire mission was amazing! Prayers Answered All of the hard work that has been done and prayed for has finally came to the light and for that I give my thanks to GOD and the Niño who has brought this all to light for me and to this I say, AMEN, AMEN, AMEN! To ALL of this, we say... “Yes, My Lord!” Need Care Packages for Espinazo A special request has been remembered for our faithful who oversee the Sociedad Guadalupana property in Espinazo, Mexico.
