Driving batteries
FX LiPo-batteries
The MULTIPLEX Li-BATT FX packs have a superb voltage curve, and offer more performance for longer
periods. The battery packs are assembled from high-quality, long-life Lithium-polymer cells of high capacity
and low internal resistance. They feature extremely high energy density, making them ideal for all applications
where low weight is important, but at the same time the battery is required to deliver maximum current. All LiBATT FX type batteries can be charged with a 2C chargerate. Li-BATT FX batteries are fitted as standard with
MULTIPLEX M6 sockets, and a balancer lead. This provides access to all the individual cell voltages of the
battery pack. Every MULTIPLEX Li-Batt battery is supplied with a robust, practical plastic case for safe storage
and transportation.

Li-BATT eco LiPo battery packs offer high capacity combined with low weight and small physical size- and all
this with an excellent price : performance ratio.
Li-BATT eco batteries are ideal energy sources for our ELAPOR® models, both for beginner and the
ambitious weekend pilots who does not need extreme discharge currents. Our Li-BATT eco batteries are fitted
as standard with MULTIPLEX Balancer connector system (compatible with FlightPower/ ThunderPower) for
greater safety when charging, and longer useful life. Every MULTIPLEX Li-BATT battery is supplied with a
robust, practical plastic case for safe storage and transportation. Thanks to the integrated EQUALIZER the
batteries can be connected directly to our chargers MULTIcharger LN-3008 EQU # 92 540,MULTIcharger L703 EQU # 82 523 and HiTEC X1 AC Plus # 114 118, X1 MF # 114 120 and X1 TOUCH # 114 122.

Hand rest PROFI TX
Wide hand rest surfaces and the ergonomically optimized design allow the transmitter tray pilots accurate and
low-fatigue control. The hand rests are made of high strength ABS plastic and have the same soft-touch finish as
the PROFI TX. These will be replaced with the standard, hand rests surfaces and bolt with the transmitter.

Wide hand rests; ergonomic design and low weight ensure fine, accurate and tireless control to the pilot who
likes to use a tray, even for extended periods. The transmitter tray is moulded in high-strength, shock-absorbing

Safety Switch HV
MULTIPLEX SAFETY-SWITCH High Voltage (HV) switch harnesses are the ideal solution for the safetyconscious model pilot. The receiver battery (4 - 6 NiXX cells or 2S LiXX) is connected directly to the SAFETYSWITCH circuit board. The actual switching function is carried out by reliable, high-performance FETs which are

Safety Switch LiPo
The SAFETY-SWITCH LiPo series differs from the MULTIPLEX SAFETY-SWITCH HV 6 and 12 in the following
characteristics: Possibility of using LiPo batteries to power servos and receivers; Stabilised output voltage (5.5 V
= fully charged four-cell NiXX-battery); Multi-colour LED for visual monitoring of the receivers battery voltage over
four steps; SAFETY-SWITCH LiPo TwinBatt includes integral battery backer. Electronic switch harnesses are
much more robust than conventional mechanical switches, as they are not vulnerable to vibration, are not
susceptible to wear, and are not prone to contact corrosion problems. The integral voltage regulator also makes
it possible to use modern, lightweight LiPo batteries. Alternatively it is possible to use five-cell NiXX batteries.
The voltage regulator stabilised the operating voltage for the receiver and servos at 5.5 Volts, and maintains it at

MULTIGyro G3
The MULTIGyro G3 has been developed specifically for RC fixed-wing model aircraft, and
automatically stabilises the model. You instantly fly more accurately and safely! The model's familiar flying

Servo-Voltage-Regulator
The Servo Voltage Regulator makes it possible to use servos and receivers designed for a 2S LiPo receiver

Diversity-lead for receivers
The Receiver-Diversity-Operating is possible with the MULTIPLEX receivers RX-7/9 DR and RX 9/12/16 DR pro!
For the diversity mode the two receivers have to be connected with the diversity- lead. For ideal use the
receivers’ aerials should be placed as far away from each other as possible and aligned into two different
directions (90° to each other). During the diversity operating both receivers get the same signals, but they also
communicate with each other to decide which one received the best signal. The signal which was received best
will be transferred to the device.
We recommend working with Receiver-Diversity-Operating especially when flying big aero plane models
because it offers more safety for the pilot and the model.

Centre of Gravity Gauge
If a model is to fly satisfactorily its longitudinal dihedral must be correct, and its flying surfaces warp-free; the final
factor is that its CG must also be right. Guessing the balance point, e.g. using your fingertips, can lead to
innumerable unnecessary test-flight or – in the worst case – to an immediate crash. The plan or building
instructions usually state the CG position, but how should it be transferred accurately to the model? This problem
is solved neatly with our CG gauge, which is designed to cope with models with an all-up weight of 300 g to 10
kg. The measurement range extends from 30 to 150 mm, which means that it can handle a (non-swept) wing
with chord of up to about 450 mm in the case of a constant-chord wing; likely to cope with nay current model.

Incidence Gauge
If a model is to fly satisfactorily it’s Centre of Gravity and its longitudinal dihedral must both be correct. Inaccurate
incidence settings can lead to innumerable unnecessary test-flights or - in the worst case - to an immediate
crash. With the Incidence Gauge you can avoid this uncertainty on the first flight.
The prism or measuring mandrel can be used to check the incidence of: severely cambered air foils (mandrel
avoids measurement error); T-tail, cross-tail; V-tail (swivelling prisms)
The following useful measurements are also possible: rotor blade pitch (model helicopters); motor down thrust
(glow and electric motors); wing washout (or warps); take-off angle of attack (wheel position); simple to assemble
and use.

MULTIlock UNI
The MULTIlock wing and tail retainer system makes your models fast and straightforward to rig at the flying field,
and holds the components together very well in flight. If overloaded (e.g. due to landing shock) the retainer
system “gives”, absorbing energy, and the wing slides out several centimetres from the fuselage.

Aero-tow coupling
A simple, reliable and elegant method of connecting the aero-two cable to the nose of a glider for aero-towing.
The principle has been popular for years; just attach a loop of thin nylon cord to the towline – nothing extra is
required which could easily get lost at the flying field. To operate the release all you need is a low-cost standard
servo and a length of 1.2 mm ∅ steel rod running in a snake outer sleeve. The housing is made of anodized
aluminium, and the unit is simply glued in the extreme nose of the glider using thickened epoxy. Hole required:
10 / 12 mm ∅, length 25 mm.
