Methodology
 Descriptive
Best & Kahn (1993) and Abagi (1996), describe
descriptive survey design as a form of design that presents
existing conditions, practices, beliefs, attitudes or opinions
held, processes going on, and trends for developing
interpretation of meaning; furthermore, Borg & Gall (1989)
notes that descriptive survey research is intended to
produce aspects of education that interest policy makers
and educators (Kikechi, Philip, Kisebe & Ferdinand, 2012).
The questionnaire was administered to
29% of the total population – 72 kindergarten
and grade I teachers in the 16 randomly picked
public schools in Baguio City.
