About us
Chiltern Estates Maintenance is run by Michael Stevens,
a Chartered Environmentalist, from headquarters in
Amersham, Bucks. Michael has 25 years’ experience
as owner and manager of offices, retail, leisure and
industrial property throughout the UK.
This experience drives CEM’s core value –
understanding the importance of looking after
commercial properties to exacting standards to
deliver high quality environments for occupiers,
and maximising returns for owners.
Services
We focus on all aspects of the external environment
of your premises, both hard and soft landscaping.
We offer one-offs for intensive work and/or regular
maintenance contracts with weekly, monthly or quarterly visits.
Estimates are always available in advance and each project
will be individually tailored.
