As can be seen in the above table, we have NO informations about Estonian and Turkish Teams so
far!!! (only the preliminary entry form…)
REACHING THE CONTEST SITE: From Salonta, take the road 79B to Hungarian border, cross the local
railway and after driving 1 km, turn left on the secondary road, at the FAI sign.(see the attached map)
DATE: 11th-17th August, 2014.
RULES: The Sporting Code Sections 4a, 4b and 4c with relevant amendments for 2014.
NATIONAL TEAM: each national aeroclub/federation may enter a team consisting of:
- Team manager
- Team manager’s Assistant
- Maximum 3 senior competitors
- 2012 reigning European Champion in each F1A, F1B, F1C class,
- One Time Keeper
- Helpers, supporters, press representatives
ANTI DOPING
If a competitor has to take, for a medical condition, any of the substances listed on the WADA
Prohibited list, then he must have a Therapeutic Use Exemption from the FAI.

ENTRY FEES:
-300 EUR/senior competitor, TM, TM’s Assistant;
-60 EUR/senior for each additional class
-50 EUR/supporter, helper;
-35 EUR/senior, banquet;
PROTEST FEE: 35 EURO
Lunch on the flying field: 10 EUR/pers, to be payd to Organizers.
WEATHER: during August, the weather in Oradea area is excellent for free flight; average daily temperature
is 250C, moderate wind of 2-6m/s and no more than a shower weekly.
F1C FUEL
For F1C contest day, we’ll provide each F1C flyer 1 litre of FAI fuel, (80% methanol, 20% castor oil) for free,
on the contest day.
We have asked through a circular email message all the F1C participating teams about the quantity of fuel
they need for training. Only AUT, SWE, GBR, LIT, FIN, HUN, ISR, RUS, CZE, ITA, UKR, GER and ROU Team
have replied.
Therefore, for those ones who did not reply, we shall provide 1l of fuel/competitor at 6 EUR (35 LEI)/l, which
will be available in the registration day.

- 12th August, Tuesday:
- 09:00-18:00 :model checking, Sport Hall
- 19:30 : Opening Ceremony, in Sports Hal
21:30: TM’s meeting, Hotel “Slavia” Salonta.
- 13th August, Wednesday: F1A contest;
- 14th August, Thursday: F1B contest;
- 15th August, Friday, F1C contest;
- 16th August Saturday: -reserve day;
-trip to thermal springs of Felix resort/Tinca;
-prize awarding ceremony, closing ceremony and banquet;
- 17th August, Sunday: departure

National flag and anthem
The Team Manager is requested to bring one national flag of 1 x 1,5 m and a CD with national anthem.
The flag and anthem will be collected during the team’s registration and returned after the closing ceremony.

INSURANCE
The Organizer will provide third party insurance cover to all participants for accidents involving injury to others
or damage to property according to the host country’s legislation. Participants should provide their own health
insurance to cover accidents and illness.
