(5 kg – 50kg). Typical production speeds are 4‐5 bags per minute at ± 4 ounce (100 gram) accuracy. The GWM scales can be supplied with a variety of spout sizes to accommodate your specific bag dimensions. Flex‐Belt and Augers are available to handle products that are not free flowing in nature. The scales are available in mild 10 gauge steel or can be supplied with stainless steel product contact surfaces or all stainless steel construction for corrosive or food grade products such as salt, fertilizer and various food products. Please choose scale with construction material, bag spout with bag spout size, feeder type with construction material and weight set below using the corresponding part numbers. (5 kg – 50kg) with an electronic digital bagging scale. Typical production speeds and accuracies are twice that of the GWM Wolverine mechanical scale providing 8 bags per minute at ± 2 ounce (50 gram) accuracy per bag. The Wildcat system includes a digital programmable controller with memory retained recipe codes, JEM‐Link data and troubleshooting connections and is NEMA 4X‐IP65 rated. The system comes standard with two 220 lb single point compression load cells, bulk and dribble gravity gate, air operated center grip spout with foot pedal clamp activation, complete electrical and pneumatic controls package with transformer for 24V (low voltage) controls. *Please advise 110V or 220V input availability at your customer’s facility. The scales will obtain accuracies of ± 2 ounces on most products. The scale will pre‐weigh the product in a weigh hopper above allowing the system to fill bags, boxes, pails, drums and even super sacks with the multi dump module. Various scale feeder types are available as well as bag spout sizes. On the double head (Duplex) and triple head (Triplex) systems, the scale heads operate independently of each other to allow for one head to be turned off for maintenance while the other side remains fully functional. The scale includes digital programmable controller with auto “smart” mode, memory retained recipe codes, , JEM‐Link data communication, weigh hopper assemblies, dual load cell design, dust tight scale housing with tool‐less access doors on all four sides, lower transition and complete electrical and pneumatic controls package including 24V (low voltage) controls. *Please advise 110V or 220V input availability at your customer’s facility. Designed for reforming the bag tops of flat pillow type bags to be automatically fed into stitching or sealing machines. Precision regulator adjust the pressure that it takes to reform the bag top. Pneumatic UHMW guide rails. These guides secure the bag top in its reformed position and keeps the bag top held until the bag is delivered to the infeed of the closer. Side compression plates. These plates squeeze the sides of the bag at the bulge of the product. This feature can be turned off or on depending on the nature of the bag or the product in the bag and how the bag is reacting. There are two error protections. These protections will shut the line down and signal that a reforming error has occurred. If the bag top was missed all together it will error and also if the bag is reformed but the top is too low to successfully go through the closer, the system will also error. Automatic or Manual option. Bags can run through fully automatic or can be reformed by hand by the turn of a switch. When reforming manually simply turn the switch to By Pass and open the hinged front to allow operator access, and reform by hand. This feature allows a plant to run bags that for whatever reason are not able to run through the reformer. Interfacing. Interfacing terminals between the bag placer and the bagging scale is included.
