Spring Girlfriend’s Closet
The Opening Service takes place tonight, 6:00pm, at Church of All
Nations, in Tacoma, WA. Monday and Tuesday, April 11 and 12, we
begin at 8:30am, at Puyallup Nazare ne Church. The Ordination
Service will take place Monday night a t 7:00pm.
TICKETS ON SALE TODAY FOR $6 EACH! This covers brunch, dessert,
mochas, lattes, fellows hip, shopping and devotions. You can s till drop off
your used clothing at the Church Office during the week or on Sundays.
Remember, there are three categories and you can donate up to FIVE
pieces of jewelry, clothing or shoes/purses. You will re ceive a ticket for each
item up to five in each category. When the boutique opens on Saturday,
April 30, 10:00am, you’ll be a ble to purchase one item pe r ticket. Please
donate up-to-date clothing only.
“Better Together” this Week
Each week one of the ladies in our church opens her home for one hour of fellowship
and to get acquainted. This is our way of getting connecte d and getting to know one
another. This week we will be at Nikki Hugh’s home, 316 NE 11th Way, in Battle
Ground, on T hursday, April 14, at 1:00pm. Bring a friend!
Thailand Missionaries Coming!
We hope you will join us on Sunday, April 24, 6:00pm, when
Missionaries Kent and Kathleen Pelton will be here to share
various highlights a nd needs of their minis try in this Southeas t
Asia Field. The Pelton’s have served the Church of the
Nazarene as missionaries in T hailand since 2000. They will have
much to tell us—plan to be here!
Ladies’ Card-Making Party
We are having a Ladies’ Card-Making Party on Tuesday, April 12, 7-9:00pm, in Linda
Aarhus’s home workshop. A hand-made card with the ma tching envelope is $1 for
the materials—you can make as few or as many as you like—no experience necessary!
All supplies and accessories will be available. Seating is limite d to 10 and we have two
spots left!! You can regis ter today at the Information Center in the church foyer.
