Under the almost full moon and claiming not much paper the Hare sent the pack
off towards Amalfi where the first paper was, allegedly, laid. Walkers and runners
sauntered off until splitting into their various levels of fitness – runners went down
to the Elluk road before crossing the Le Lagon golf course, past Smiler’s house, out onto the
main road and up Digicel hill to complete a 35-minute run whilst the veteran walkers completed
the Panorama circuit, noting just how many houses are for sale, in 25 minutes or so.
THE ONON
The OnOn was set on the empty land opposite the big pink house (that used to be
Kum Sunt’s) on Le Plateau, with a spectacular view and sunset. A DHL truck
served as table for kegs & food, and light was kindly provided by Die Kocko and
Tits Sucker. KDF sold a lot Bitch and raffle tickets and Wetcheck conducted
music. A good Hash night, attended by 55 people (possibly including dogs, but
probably not counting kids) who all wanted to win the Bitch!

A member of a diet club bemoaned her lack of will-power. She’d made her
