WHAT IS A FLOTILLA?
It’s navigate within a group formed between 6 and 10 boats, but with the freedom of sailing with your own boat during the day,
with the support of a lead yacht and an experienced guide pattern that provides daily weather forecasts, reports of the best route,
organizes the moorings and mooring reservations at the port. The lead yacht organises recreational activities and provides the
technical and logistic support you need. The flotilla's charm also lies in sharing and exchanging our experiences with others and
enjoy some moments of their life together.
TO WHOM IS ADDRESSED?
It is not only popular among those who appreciate the support of a lead yacht, it is also among those who have sailed many
times and enjoy the cheerful character of a flotilla and the security and tranquillity that provides a good organization, especially if
they have not sailed before in this area. During school holidays flotillas are particularly popular with families who enjoy active
holidays together.
THE LEAD YACHT
Obligations of the skipper-guide are to report all the details about navigation, expected weather conditions, performing
maneuvers for mooring and all those details that allow us to navigate safely. The guide will remain available for any clarification,
help or consultation you need. The lead yacht will be waiting for us at the scheduled time at the meeting point helping to perform
mooring maneuvers. Later the technical visit us to know how it went and check the proper functioning of our sailboat.

WHAT BOAT CHOOSE?
Generally the type of boat that is rented in the flotillas are sailboats between 10 and 12 meters of length, in order to make
cheaper the stays in ports such as the week rental and make navigation easier.
We chose the boat depending on the number of people we will be, about our experience as patterns and about the price that
suits our pocket. All Cruesa fleet is ready to ensure a comfortable and safe navigation. We fitted our boats to make you feel at
home and make life easier on board with GPS, autopilot, bimini, dinghy with outboard engine, kitchen utensils, bedding, towels ...
ACTIVITITES DURING THE FLOTILLA
We adapt the activities of the flotilla to the type of participants. In the flotillas with children in
addition to the activities for adults we also organise exclusive ones for them. We seek a balance
between fun, culture and love for nature. Our guides will encourage you to participate and
encourage the flotilla's life. The guide will organize different activities every day, small regattas,
competitions with dinghies, cocktail contest, paddle classes, sand castles, etc. All activities are
for all ages. The flotilla's charm lies in sharing and exchanging a few moments with other cruise

CHECK-IN
Saturdays between 14:00 and 17:00 hrs. For optimal organization, it is important to inform at
least 7 days prior to shipment of our arrival time.
CRUESA has no limitations as to the time of arrival of the customer, and we will arrange
everything for your arrival and shipment.
The check-in and boat technical explanation can only be done properly during the day, if you
arrive late then the check-in will take place the next morning. For your convenience we
recommend that you charge the purchase (if you want a shopping list will be provided by
CRUESA) to have her on board on arrival.
CHECK-OUT
Friday until 17.00h. with possibility to sleep on board until 08:00 (in Palma only), subject to
availability of the company.
at the base, the technicians wait us for the check-out, organize returns, boarding cards, taxis, transfers or anything we need.
CAUTION
The deposit shall be deposited at the shipment in cash, VISA or MASTERCARD. The bail reduction option involves the deposit
of € 500 instead of total bail. Check Rates.
WHAT WE SHOULD TAKE
Our boats are fully equipped. We just wear clothes and personal items and toiletries.
Don’t forget cotton trousers, lots of shirts, swimsuits and some clothing comfortable for the night, water or sports shoes with
white sole, shorts, casual wear and flip flops for the beach. Beach towels, your favourite music, hat and sunglasses. We
recommend to use a Total sunscreen from the beginning to the end of the day. A raincoat or wetsuit is recommended along with
a garment such as coat sweatshirt or sweater. The sea breeze is cooler than on land. Because storage space on ships is quite
limited, it is best to wear clothes in soft bag and not travelling with a suitcase.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
The flotilla will be effective whenever there is a minimum of 4 boats plus boat-guide or a minimum of 16 adults.
The extras of the boat and the flotilla pack will be paid the day of shipment directly to the base in cash or credit carte.
