GAME Setup
Set out the Santa Fe Mansion board then shuffle the deck of Action Cards and place them in the center
of the board.
Each player selects one HouseBoy character screen, 4 cubes of the matching color and the pawn of the
same color.
Place all the dice within easy reach of all players.
Place your pawn in the room on the board that matches your character’s color.
Optionally you may deal 3 Action cards to each player.
The player who most recently had sex goes first. Play proceeds to the left.

Gameplay
Turn Order
On your turn you MUST move to a new room, you cannot stay where you are.
Then you may do ONE of the following:
• Perform a CHORE action to leave your cubes in the room
• Perform a HOOKUP action with another character in the same room to gain more cubes
• Draw 2 Action Cards
You will then roll dice according to the action you chose.
CHORE Actions
Chores are what allow you to place your cubes on the board. Each cube is worth one point at the end of the game.
Chores let you roll an increasing number of black dice plus the red die until the red die rolls a tired symbol.

HOOKUP Actions
Hooking Up is what lets you refill your stash of cubes. Hookups happen between two players in the same room.
Each player will roll an increasing number of white dice while one also rolls the red die until the camera icon is
rolled.
1. Each of the 2 players involved roll 1 WHITE die each while one also rolls the RED die. Each player sets
aside their own
results.
2. If the red die does not roll a
symbol then each players takes another white die plus any white dice
that rolled blanks and rolls them along with the red die again. Set aside any results.
3. As soon as the red die shows the CAMERA symbol then the hookup action is done and the next player
takes their turn.

ACTION Cards
Action cards alter various effects in the game when you play them. They can make your cubes in a certain room
worth more points at the end of the game, they can change the result of dice rolls, allow you place additional
cubes and other things.
• You may play an action card when its effect would be appropriate, even if it’s not your turn.
• There is no limit to how many cards you can have in your possession.
• Draw a card if you could place more cubes than you possess at the end of a Chore Action
• Draw a card if at the end of any action your dice only have blank results
End of Game Scoring
After the 9th round of play the game ends and everyone totals up their score.
• 1 point for every cube of your color in a room
• 2 points for each room that only has your cubes in it
• 3 points for having the one room with the most cubes of any color in it
• 5 points if you have a cube of your color in every room
