Matriks Doc gives users the ability to create
and save documents intuitively, categorizing
and organizing information in the contexts
where they make most sense. Matriks Doc
functionality allows you to access your
documents where you would expect to locate
them, saving you precious time that would
otherwise be spent searching.
Document Management with Matriks Doc can
enhance the insight and overview within your
organization, assuring you an efficient and more
consistent day-to-day routine.
With Matriks Doc, you find documents using the
same logical routines you are already familiar
with from Navision Attain.
There is no need to consider where to save your
documents, they will conveniently be saved in
the Navision database, exactly where you have
created them!

Templates
Scanned Papers
Using templates promotes efficiency, gives
uniformity to documents, and guarantees that
all relevant information is included.
Scanned documents can be found using the
same intuitive routines you are already using
in Navision Attain.
Letters, quotes, price-lists, spreadsheets,
etc. are easily standardized throughout your
organization because with Matriks Doc,
all new documents can be based on predesigned templates. These will automatically
follow the relevant case, customer or account.
The documents can be found using the
Navigate function in Navision Attain. A
scanned document attached to a posted
invoice can be found with the Navigate
function.
Templates allow for faster, better service
for your customers, and enhance
correspondance and information sharing
between you and your colleagues.
Security
Matriks Doc is robust as it relies solely on the
infrastructure of Navision Attain.
As Matriks Doc uses the Navision database,
it offers the same level of accessibility and
user security as Navision Attain.
When you back up your Navision Attain
Data, you will simultaneously back up your
documents.

The Document Journals function enables
Matriks Doc to work in conjunction with
various scanning applications like Adobe
Capture and OmniPage Pro.
With Matriks Doc, you can retrieve all types
of documents, view them and import them
into Navision Attain, just as though they were
ordinary ledger entries.
Requirements
• Navision Attain 3.60 or greater.
• Microsoft Office 2000/XP/2003.
• Microsoft Windows 2000/XP recommended.
