INCENTIVE PROGRAMS IN COLOMBIA
Colombia
We are the leading inbound tour company in
Colombia. From June 16, 1982, we have been
creating travel experiences throughout Colombia
and providing all of our travelers with incredible
memories. During all these years, we have worked
at promoting Colombia by participating at different
tourism fairs, as well as undertaking other activities
related to the sector generally, all inspired by a
clear aim: to show the world the extraordinary
beauty of our country and all of the many the
wonders it has to offer.
Panamericana Travel is a family business; originally
established in Bogota, we now have branches in
Medellin, San Andres, Santa Marta and Cartagena,
covering an important extension of the Colombian
territory.
We are proud to present this first edition of “Incentives Planner,” a magazine focused exclusively on
incentive trips showcasing the five cities with the
best infrastructure, cultural interest and beauty of
the country:

An Introduction to Bogotá
The Colombian capital is located in the center of the country at an average height of 2630
meters above sea level. Visitors to the city marvel at the contrast in the landscape, with
mountains to the east of the city and a vast savannah to west. The city's average temperature
is 14 ° C, although this can vary during the day and night.
¿What is there to do?
Bogotá is a city for everyone; it is adaptable to
suit the tastes of those looking for cultural
activities, entertainment as well as fun. The
architecture of the city is diverse, varying from
the colonial district of La Candelaria, where
visitors can easily walk between places of
interest in the historical heart of the city. Moving
north the city is transformed, passing through
districts with an English-style appearance to
districts with modern buildings, giving a cosmopolitan image.
The area around the capital itself offers natural
experiences and adventures in unique ecological
reserves. Likewise, there are the interesting,
sacred sites of the ancient inhabitants of the
region, and what, today, are traditional tourist
destinations, such as Guatavita or the salt mines
in Zipaquirá, where Colombian architecture has
created a majestic cathedral.
In entertainment, the city is mainly divided into
six areas: La Candelaria, La Macarena, la Zona G, la
Zona T, el Parque de la 93 and Usaquén, these six

zones are just some of the places where there
