An Office Boy
An unemployed man applied for the position
of office boy at a very big company.
“You are hired.” the employer said. ”Give me your
e-mail address, and I’ll send you the application
form” The man replied, “I don’t have a computer,
neither an e-mail address.” “I’m sorry,” said the
employer, “if you don’t have an e-mail address, you
cannot have the job.”
The man left with no hope. He was left with only
R100 in his pocket. He then decided to go to the
supermarket. He bought 10 kg of tomatoes and sold
them door to door. In less than two hours, he doubled
his capital. He repeated this three times and returned
home with R 600. The man realised that he could
survive this way and started selling tomatoes and
other vegetables daily. His money doubled or tripled
every day. After a short time he bought a cart and
later a truck, eventually he had his own fleet of
delivery vehicles.
Five years later, the man’s company was one of the
biggest food retailers in the country. He started to
plan his family’s future, and decided to get life
insurance. He called an insurance broker and when
the conversation was concluded, the broker asked
him for his e-mail address. The man replied: “I
don’t have an e-mail.”
The broker replied curiously, “You don’t have an
e-mail, and yet you run a big successful company.
Imagine what position you could have if you had an
e-mail?” The man paused for a while, and replied:
“An office boy.”
Let this story be a reminder that even though you
might feel discouraged today, better opportunities
are always waiting ahead. Positivity, determination
and hard work is the recipe to success in all facets of
life.

ID NO + Full Name + Contact number on the back of
the deposit slip and must present valid proof of identity.
FORGE DEPOSIT SLIP IS FRAUD La Vita reserved
the right to legal Action.
TRAINING INFO
► Next Rally will be held at Unisa - ZK Matthew great
hall Pretoria on 28/03/2015 admittance to La Vita rally
will only be allowed by presentation of the legitimate
admission ticket (No children allowed) No ticket will be
sold at the door!!! Please do not attend if you don’t have
a legitimate Rally ticket (R50 each).
► Please note that as from 01 January 2015 La Vita
Falcon/ Leadership Training Registration fee will be
R250 (R200 Refundable and R50 Administration fee).
Distributors who attend company training without pre
registration a R50 Administration fee plus a R50 penalty
will be charged on site.
Tickets selling date will be announced. First come serve.
♦ Distributors who receive a “Car Bonus” level A, and
qualified for level B or level C, no changes will be made
unless the distributor submit the request for an upgrade at
a branch office.
♦ PCC points (appears on the order form) for exchanging
ATP Forms are valid for 24 months only.
♦ Bonus slip is valid only on the printed date and MAY
NOT LEAVE THE PREMISES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
♦ Any distributor who is not active for more than 6 months
and wish to change sponsor (re-joined) may do so by
submitting the followings to the nearest branch office:
* Completed Form for “Change of Information Application”

* Valid ID copy of applicant
* Valid ID copy of new sponsor
NB: Re-joined will cause you to lose all of your existing
downlines and distributor who is with level “AS” or above
will be downgraded to “AS” level.
♦ MIXED DEPOSIT SLIP
Please note: mixed deposit slip (cash with cheque) will
need 7 (seven) working days to be cleared by the bank
before getting approval from head office Financial Department.
♦ It is Distributor’s responsibility to check and make sure
all details appearing on the Order Form are correct, before
leaving the counter. For example: Order Name / ID No. /
PCC details / Product details / Total amount. No correction
will be done after Order form date. Please check your
stock before leaving the counter.
♦ Stamps on deposit slips which are older than 5 working
days will require a “Request to Purchase” application,
these must be submitted to the head office in writing, wait
for the Financial Department to approve such deposit slip
and only then may it be used to purchase.
♦ It is the distributor’s own responsibility to apply for
verification and recognition when Extra Sharing Bonus
is achieved. Those who qualified but did not apply WILL
lose their Extra Sharing Bonus!
