OUR PURPOSE - To strengthen LAMP CHC’s presence in the community - To
promote LAMP CHC’s programs and services - To build connections and new
partnerships in the Lakeshore - To raise awareness of our “Building a Healthy

can go to get information, education, and support on broad topics and issues.
