INSTRUCTIONS AND PARTS LIST 300T-000-4/14/2014 Model 300T-000 Tanning Spray Gun OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS AND REPLACEMENT PARTS WARNING: Consult the product label and Material Safety Data Sheet if supplied for the spray material. Follow all recommended safety precautions. Well Ventilated Area Required to remove fumes or overspray. Maximum Air Pressure 70 P.S.I. OPERATION: 1. Connect air hose to compressor and 300T-000 Spray Gun. Make sure couplings are wrench tight. a. Teflon tape can be added to the male connections on the spray gun and air compressor to help prevent any air leaks. Air leaks will decrease air pressure to the spray gun. b. Make sure connection on lid is very tight on the Spray Gun to Prevent Fluid Leaks. 2. a. If your compressor has a regulator, set pressure to 11-15 psi. b. We recommend using the Paasche D200 or DA400R Air Compressor. 3. Adjust Fluid Knob on the Spray Gun until desired spray is reached. 4. Sprayer should be held 10-12 inches from area being sprayed. 5. To Clean, fill bottle with hot water and spray for several seconds into an absorbent container. 6. If Spray Gun will not be used for more than one hour proper cleaning should be done to prevent clogs.
