Monster 1200 Fender Eliminator Kit
(Grab Rail Compatible)
1.Remove seat and 2 bolts holding bottom
body panel (picture 1)
2.Remove top of clamshells on stalks,
exposing turn signals and letting them hang
(picture 2)
3.Remove 4 allen bolts holding stalks to grab
rails, and 4 bolts holding grab rails to the
bike

4.Let bottom body panel hang, exposing
factory connectors (picture 3)
5.Disconnect right / left blinker by cutting
factory connector off turn signals

6.Drill holes on the left and right stalk for turn
signal wires, and 1 hole underneath the right stalk for license plate
wire – drill size 1/8” (picture 4a and 4b)

7.Feed license plate wire though bottom hole
in right stalk.
8.Feed right turn signal wire through side hole
on right stalk

9.Feed left turn signal wire through side hole
on left stalk
10. Install factory connectors onto new wires
(diagram 1)
11. Connect factory plugs back together

12. Turn on bike and test linkers and license
plate light
13. Reinstall bottom panel, grab rails, and
stalks, routing wires through the inside of
the stalks
14. Rest new fender eliminator kit into stalks,
leaving loose

15. Install top caps to clamshell (right / left)
16. Adjust license plate to desired location
and tighten 2 screws in each signal
