Pro ‑gard’s Pro-cell Prisoner Transport Systems offer the perfect
solution for fleets who want to achieve total prisoner containment
during transports.
Choose from three designs offering either single or dual prisoner
transport confinement. Our Pro-cell systems combine a rigid,
polycarbonate divider to full width seats and floor pans to eliminate
potential areas for contraband to be stashed.
The divider mounts firmly to your choice of partition (see left)
to minimize the containment area to one side of the back seat,
greatly diminishing a prisoners range of motion.
Floor Pans enclose the foot well, eliminating potential areas to
hide contraband

Safety has always been Pro ‑gard’s first concern when developing products for your fleet. When it comes to prisoner
transport, we realize there are two key factors to consider, officer safety from the prisoner and prisoner safety during
the transport. Times have changed and so have vehicles, cabin space has become more condensed which, means less
leg room for both prisoner and officer.
The unique design of our Space Saver Plus Partitions offers the best for both worlds with it’s inset Bucket Seat Protector.
The partition mounting maintains the same full travel and adequet recline of the driver’s seat of our partitions that fleets
have used for years all-the-while, providing additional space behind the passenger seat, for prisoner leg room.

Partitions are designed to give your officers peace of mind about prisoner confinement without compromising their
comfort. The rugged steel construction provides a secure barrier between the prisoner transport and officer areas
that withstands even the most aggressive assaults.
Pro ‑gard offers both a Universal Sedan Partition and a Universal SUV Partition that fit all Police Package Vehicles*.
These partitions are designed to be transferable from one vehicle to another with the simple addition of a transfer kit.

Illuminating the prisoner transport area is simple with our easy to install, LED lighting. Low-profile, two-way lights
provide either brilliant white light for harsh contrast lighting or ambient red lighting that won’t irritate eyes which have
grown accustom to darkness.

Molded from sturdy ABS plastic, our seats and floor pans fit the curves and contours of vehicles to eliminate potential
gaps and crevices where contraband might otherwise be hidden.
The combination of our seats with our floor pans provides a quick and easy means for cleaning and sanitizing the
transport area. Clean-up can be as simple as washing out with a hose and allowing water to run out through strategically
placed drains in the floor board. These easy to clean seats alleviate worries of pathogen control with regular cleaning.

a safe means to secure the cargo area of your
SUV from the passenger compartment.

Eliminate Conflicts with Aftermarket Equipment
Aftermarket surveillance equipment has become a mainstay inorder for officers to perform their regular
duties. With limited dash space, equipment can often be found mounted within the passenger airbag’s
deployment zone. Consider though, should there be an airbag deployment, what happens to this
equipment? It can and usually does become dangerous projectile objects. Installing a front passenger AOI
Airbag On/off Control Switch can eliminate this potential hazard, not only protecting your officers but also,
expensive equipment and possible bystanders.
The sheer force of an airbag deployment is
extremely powerful. So much so, it can cause
objects in its deployment path to become
dangerous projectiles.

conflicts between the airbag and aftermarket
equipment mounted in the front dash area.

AOI Side Curtain Airbag On/off Control Switches
Our patented Side Curtain Airbag On/off Control Switches offer fleets the ability
to continue utilizing rigid wing partition filler panels without fear of conflicts in
an airbag deployment.
These switches also allow fleets to continue using roof mounted gun racks
that are normally mounted within the airbag’s deployment zone, eliminating the
chance that a conflict might occur.
Eliminate Conflicts with ANY Roof Mounted Gun Rack
Side curtain airbags may deploy from the area where roof mounted gun
racks connect to the vehicle’s headliner. In such cases, should an airbag
deployment occur, the consequences could be catastrophic if a weapon
or part of the gun rack is transformed into a projectile object. This gun
mounting style can be safely utilized when an AOI Airbag On/off Switch
is used to shut off the side curtain airbags. (See page 26 for more
information about our Pro-clamp, Roof Mount Gun Rack.)
Eliminate Conflicts with ANY Rigid
Wing Partition
Rigid wing partition panels are not designed to give
easily under the force of an airbag deployment. It
is possible that they can snap loose (or into many
pieces) and become projectile objects in the event
of an airbag deployment. By shutting off the
side curtain airbags fleets, who prefer this
partition design, can still use their preferred
equipment style without fear of an airbag
deployment. (See pages 6-8 for more
information about our Prisoner Transport
Partitions.)

Safestop Vehicle Anti-theft Systems
®
With Safestop, the vehicle remains running, maintaining functionality of all
electronic functions including: Air‑conditioning and heat; Surveillance Equipment
(cameras, radar, etc); Radios; Lights and Sirens; Computers and more yet, cannot
be put into gear and driven off
Vehicle thefts are on the rise and police fleets are not spared from this concern. Just read the headlines and you’ll
soon notice that stolen police cruisers happen on quite a regular basis. Because officers must often leave running
vehicles unattended, for short durations. This can make the auto an easy target for theft, especially enticing to
criminals who see no other means of escape from the situation.
Pro ‑gard’s Safestop Vehicle Anti-theft Systems provide fleets with the necessary protection against such thefts
without requiring officers to remember additional steps for activating the system. The Safestop System is designed
so it can be turned on and left on with our “24/7 Always on Protection.” The simple, natural action of removing
the key will activate the protection, no buttons to push. In addition, Safestop’s minimal amp draw means fleet
managers don’t have to worry about unnecessary power consumption. Because of our 24/7 Always on Protection,
vehicles are protected around the clock, even when parked in a deserted pool lot or a dark driveway overnight.
The Safestop Vehicle Anti-theft System is capable of protecting not only your fleet of cruisers, it can also protect
your officer’s weapons and duty gear against theft. With the system activated, our Gun Lock Secure feature (when
connected to electronic gun locks) prevents the lock from opening if the momentary switch is depressed. Officers
can still access weapons with their override key as usual as well as the customary 8 second delay upon removing
the key.
Our Trunk Lock Secure connects to the OEM trunk latch release and works much the same way as our Gun Lock
Secure feature. With the system activated, criminals will not be able to access weapons or duty gear in the trunk
by engaging the trunk latch release. Officers will be able to override this feature if necessary by utilizing normal
access override with the ignition key in the hatch’s lock.

Once the system is activated, the anti-theft functions allow
the vehicle to remain running even after the ignition key is
removed; with the ignition key removed the shifter is locked and
the anti‑theft functions cannot be overridden, even if the toggle
switch is turned off

Studies have shown that prompt removal of disabled vehicles from traffic patterns can greatly reduce chances
of additional accidents occurring. The addition of a Pro ‑gard Push Bumper allows for safe and easy removal of

Our wrap around style XPush Bumpers are
designed extra large to provide full coverage of the
front grill and headlight area against animal strikes
and debris.
Our bumpers mount in a manner that will not
compromise the vehicles structure or frame. Thus,
the mounting style will not throw the vehicle off
balance when pushing other motorists to safety.

With the vast number of weapons in active duty, we sometimes require
additional information and measurements about the weapon(s) being
mounted in the gun rack. Our customer service team will work closely with
you if necessary to identify specific measurements on your weapon to ensure
that we get the best fitment for the weapon(s) into our gun racks The above
diagrams point out some of the areas that we may request more specific
measurements/information to help establish proper fitment.
What type of weapon(s) are you
planning to house in your gun rack?
Obviously, the type of weapon you are planning to house in the gun rack
is of utmost importance. Now that we have determined where you want
the gun rack to go, we can determine how to secure your gun(s). At this
point we will also need to know if you need a single or dual gun rack.
There are a great deal of variations between weapon styles that we take
into consideration when customizing the mounting brackets and gun lock
portion of your gun rack. In order to secure the best fitment, we build the
gun rack around your specific weapon and accessories.
At this point, you can choose the type of key access for your rack. We
provide a gun lock for each weapon that features either a handcuff,
vending, or standard key release (or none at all).

Step 4:
What weapon accessories will you be using on your weapon?
The final step is to build around any accessories (if any) that you will be using on your weapon. Things like sights,
lights, shields, and other accessories you place on the mounting rails. We also need to know about any removable
accessories (such as lights, grips, and handles) that are on the weapon. The placement of these accessories can
greatly effect the way we design the way that your weapon secures into the gun rack. As always, our customer
service team will work with you as closely as necessary to ensure that we are able to collect the right information to
ensure the best fitment of your weapon into the gun rack.
