Frequently Asked Questions
How much time do customers have to set up/
decorate the party room?
WiggleWorks kids will decorate the room with the basic party
set up, and customers have 15 minutes prior to the party to
add any additional decorations.
PARTY PLAY
What do you do for decorations?
WiggleWorks kids will set up the party room with 10 latex
balloons and children’s cups, plates, and napkins. You have
your choice of colors for balloons and children’s place-settings.
We do provide white place settings (plates, cups, and napkins)
for adults. Decorations and additional balloons available for
purchase.
Ready to party?
WiggleWorks Kids is the perfect place to
host your child’s birthday party, family event,
or special occasion. We offer a semi-private
room that is equipped with kid’s seating,
tables, and a kitchenette.
Can we bring outside food?
You may bring outside food, however if you would like Pizza it
MUST be ordered through WiggleWorks kids and our partner
company. No open flames or alcoholic beverages please.
How many kids can come to the party?
16 children are included in the price of the party (21 included
for private party). Up to 25 children may attend for an
additional fee per child.
Experience how we’re different!
Every party should be as unique as the child
who it is celebrating! Therefore, we provide a
dedicated host to help with all your individual
party needs, from set up to take down. We
don’t limit your menu! Bring your own food, or
we can cater for you from one of our amazing
partners. We don’t kick you out! You can stay
and play all day along with your guests.
If less than 16 children attend my party, can we pay
less?
No, they are set packages.
Can kids come play before the party?
Guests may arrive up to one hour early without being subject to
a waitlist. If you arrive over an hour early you may be subject to
a waitlist if we are at capacity. In either case please call ahead.
We have older siblings/cousins that we want to
attend the party that are over 48” tall.
Ready to book?
Every child, birthday party guests included, must be under
48” to use the playground equipment. Children over 48” are
welcome to attend the party, however, use of the playground
is not permitted. We have crafts and small games for older
children.

Have Questions?
Can I change the time of the party?
Unfortunately, we cannot alter the time of the parties. You
may be able to add extra time in half hour blocks (subject to
availability).

Are deposits refundable?
No. Deposit is non-refundable. If you provide at least 14 days
notice you may apply your deposit to any available date or time
within the next two months. Any event cancelled with less than
14 days will forfeit their deposit.
