The 920-kilometer, border-to-border adventure is an amazing

dusty bus windows. Beginning at Israel’s northern border, the
INT traverses forests, mountain ranges, urban areas, and deserts
before ending at the country’s southernmost point on the Red

A 120-kilometer trail stretching along the beautiful Golan
Heights, from the ski resort on Mount Hermon to Taufiq Spring
by the Sea of Galilee. The trail passes through flowing streams,
volcanic hills, and various local communities.
Hiking the entire trail takes approximately 5-7 days.
