Applicant's signature Parent's / Guardian's Signature Date Date 1 Fees 1.1 Registration fees are not transferable, refundable and cannot be deferred. 1.2 Failure to settle outstanding fees within the prescribed period may result in exclusion from the University College's Register. 1.3 Any refund of fees or deposit, where applicable, will be at the. discretion of the University College's Finance Department. 1.4 Registration fee can be made before or on registration day by cash or cheque / bank draft. Please do not send cash payments through post. 2, Withdrawal 2.1 Students must inform the Registrar in writing if they are withdrawing from a course of study. 2.2 Please note that in the event of a student failing to complete a course of study, the University College is not obliged to return any part of the fees paid by or on behalf of the student. 3. Accomodation 3.1 Upon registration to hostel, student is given a trial stay for 2 weeks and decides either to stay or to quit from the present hostel. lf he chooses to quit from hostel, he has to fill on Hostel Quit Form in 3 copies for verification and approval. the trial duration of stay ends, student MUST complete the 6 monts minimum stay requirement. study, he is allowed to vacate the house and must follow the quit procedures. 3.2 After 3.3 lf he quits After completing the minimum requirement 6 month stay, student is given an option to extend or to quit from the hostel.The maximum stay allowed for every student is for one and half years or equivalent to 3 or 4 semester. 3.4 Management reserve the right to instruct the student to vacate the hostel for any reasonable cause. 3.5 Every student who stay in the hostel must abide to rules & regulations as approved by IUCTT (refer attachments). 4. Transfer between Courses 4.1 A student may transfer from one Course to another within the University College only with the agreement of the appropriate authorities. No transfer will be allowed after 14 days from the commencement date of the new semester. 5. Rules and Regulations 5.1 All students must abide by the University College Rules and Regulations. Failure to do so may result in expulsion, suspension, private or public sanctions. 5.2 Any criminal activities on the University College premises will be reported to the relevant authorities. 5.3 The University College and its management will not be held responsible for any damages,losses or injuries arising from the course of studentship with the University College. 5.4 The Disciplinary Board has the authority to suspend good name and security of its staff and students. oil anO expel any student behaving in a manner that affects 5.5 The University College reserves the right to revise the University College rules and regulations 6 the without prior notice.
