phones are not allowed on the trip. Any
mobiles phones found will be confiscated.
► Parents will be given the school mobile number so
that they can contact Mrs Masters in an
emergency
► A cascade system will be set up so that parents
can be informed and inform each other that we
have arrived safely and also of any significant
changes to our return time (sharing of numbers)
► We will update a trip blog as and when possible
but will not be able to respond to messages

EHIC cards for insurance –please place this in an
envelope and put it in the school safe by the end of
June - clearly marked French trip. This is free although
there are sites that try to charge you!

will need these to be placed in the school safe by
the end of June - clearly marked French trip.

same as the one your child is known as at school
