Wardrobe cartons are ideal for the transportation and storage of garments. The die-cut cases are
designed with a hinged access door, pre-cut carrying slots and fitted with a plastic hanging bar/rail.

are available from stock. Robust and weatherproof
these die-cut, flat pack garment cases are self
locking and do not require sealing tape.
The hardwearing plastic can be printed to your
specifications and the long life of the box gives
excellent value for money compared to traditional
cardboard boxes.The same material can also be
used to manufacture other cartons such as pack 2’s
or pack 6’s (as shown top right). These heavy duty, reusable boxes

Q-Lite pre-stretch film makes wrapping pallets easier
and more efficient. There is no need to stretch the film
thus giving less operator fatigue and back strain. Q-Lite
allows for superior load holding,
lower packaging cost, reduced
waste and high tear and impact
resistance.

Q-Lite. ZERO waste!
Applying Q-Lite is quick, easy and safe:
1. Q-Lite is already pre-stretched so needs less tension and is easier to
apply. Unwind one metre of film and tie to the foot of the pallet.
2. Wrap around the base of the load and the pallet 3-4 times to secure
the two together.
3. Continue to wrap around the load in an upward spiral motion allowing
a 30-50% overlap.
4. At each corner, stretch the film slightly and continue to wrap without
using force.
5. To finish, tear off the roll and secure the loose end to the pallet by
applying light pressure with the palm of your hand.

The new range of Chamber Shrink Wrappers offer the very best in heat shrinking technology.
All models seal and shrink in one operation using centre-fold shrink films with very low energy
consumption and comes with some of the most advanced freatures possible with electronic controls.
The film is kept open around the product loading tray. The operator then easily inserts the product
and moves it along with the film to the sealing position and brings
down the hood to initiate the sealing process. This is followed
by the magnetic hood maintaining the sealing position. Hot air

DOUBLE SIDED PVC TAPE
This high tack double sided tape offers excellent durability when
applied to plastics and metals. Due to its resistance to UV and
extreme temperatures it can be used outdoors as well as indoors
and comes with a silicone paper liner.
Common applications include banner hemming and other uses
within the signage industry.
This clear double sided tape has a high tack solvent acrylic
adhesive offering a good initial bond. It has excellent UV
resistance, offering high all weather performance and
comes with a red filmic liner.
It is used for bonding plastics and metal profiles to irregular

PERM/PEEL TAPE
Perm/Peel Tape is used when only a temporary fixing
is required. It has a polyester carrier with a permanent

industries, this acrylic permanent adhesive tape offers easy
application by either hand or dispenser. The bond is instant

Aluminium foil tape is ideal for thermal insulation
and moisture sealing. The tape is also thermally
conductive, heat and light reflective, flame
resistant and adheres to metal, plastic and wood

Available in various widths, the foil tape has a

Cloth or ‘Gaffa’ tapes are manufactured from a
layer of polyester cloth and polythene film
laminated together. A very strong adhesive gives a

TAMPER EVIDENT

Secure your packaging with tamper
evident tape.
Cardboard cartons, mailing envelopes, courier
bags and countless other products can be
secured with tamper evident tape. The two
part tape is designed to give visual evidence
of tampering, using special pressure sensitive
adhesive which if released exposes a hidden
message, such as ‘Void’. The tape can be printed
with various messages to suit your requirements.

General purpose cloth carpet tape has a
synthetic rubber adhesive, paper liner and strong
adhesion. ‘NEC APPROVED’ printed tape is
coated with an emulsion acrylic adhesive on

the reverse side. The open side can be easily
removed without leaving any surface residue.

MOISTURE CONTROL
Silica Gel sachets prevent corrosion damage to
delicate or valuable items. The product is ideal for
long distance transportation (land, sea or air) and
will work in extreme humidity or temperature. When
in containers the bags will absorb up to 25% of their
weight whilst still remaining dry. Recommended usage
is 5g per cubic ft.

Our heavy duty ‘U’ handle steel sack truck is for transporting goods in
space tight areas. The ‘U’ handle offers comfort during use and prevents
fatigue.

PIANO MOVING EQUIPMENT
The ‘Piano Truck’ as its name indicates is specially designed for moving pianos, however it has a
proven track record for moving other heavy equipment. Manufactured from robust aluminium, with
non-marking rubber buffers, the piano truck can be used in conjunction with hardwood piano skids
and ‘Coversafe’ piano covers (see page 58).
The piano is secured to the piano skid using heavy duty over centre tension straps, available in a
range of different lengths to suit all applications.

of aluminium constructed ramps. Robust

An excellent and cost effective alternative to
postal tubes, triangular postal boxes can be
stored flat packed in a fraction of the space
required for conventional tubes. The interlocking
stackability when erected, makes palletising much
easier and saves on transport costs. The other
