Decorative Form Liners
Decorative form liners, made of EPS foam are the
most efficient way to produce any variety of designs.
EPS form liners are light weight and easy to transport.
They assemble quickly and are resilient enough to
stand up to job site conditions. Produce both modern
and traditional designs at a fraction of the cost and
time.
Insulated Building Systems
Concrete and EPS foam are combined together, creating high value, energy efficient building systems.
Hot wire technology provides you the ability to try and test your designs easily, making alterations
as needed. One of our multi-wire machines will produce panels for several homes per day.
Coated Foam Trim
Any project can be made beautiful with coated foam
architectural details. Foam trim increases value and curb
appeal. It can be installed over synthetic or traditional stucco,
as well as concrete and masonry construction. Precoated
foam trim can be a surprisingly durable product and offers
considerable cost savings over raw foam due to the decrease
of skilled labor needed on the job site.
Architectural Precast Molds
The amazing shaping ability of EPS foam combined with the
unique functionality of our specially engineered hot wire machines enable
you to turn a sketch into a solid in less than a day. The profile is drawn,
machine set up and in a couple minutes you have molds. Once set, the
baluster is de-molded revealing a custom detail cast solid in your design.
Molds can be reused and if coated with epoxy can be reused over and
over again.

PENDANT FEATURES:
The Hand Held Control Pendant is easy to learn and use. Our heavy
duty key pad with aluminum case & virtually indestructible coil cord
establish our controller as the paramount interface for machining.
Run all machine functions from the palm of your hand: jogging and
rapid movement, feed rate & wire temperature overrides, material
settings and material cut off. Some parts can be cut directly from the
pendant without even creating a drawing. Input the dimensions in
seconds and cut.
BARCODE JOB SCANNER:
Included with the 8700 and 8600. Optional with the 8300. You can
print your drawing (job file) which includes a barcode unique to it.
Take this printout to the machine, scan it and you are ready to cut
the correct part. Eliminates costly production errors and time spent
searching through files.

This 8700 DT CNC machine is built with dual Y axis
(vertical travel) in conjunction X axis (horizontal travel).
One Y axis houses up to 10 wires and the other is a hole
plunging apparatus. It also has an end trimmer for
squaring and trimming panels to length. We designed this
ICF machine with energy efficient green building principles
in mind.

The 3000 Automated Foam Shaper is built to be larger,
more powerful, and quicker to setup, while helping your shop

The TEC 6300 is a unique economic spray applicator
that makes hotmelt spray applications affordable for
everyone.
Built to a very high standard the TEC 6300 is a totally
self contained unit requiring only compressed air and
electricity to operate. There are no expensive bulk tanks
or fragile heated hoses to go wrong.

16 ounce aerosol can release agent. It allows the cured concrete to slip out of
the form leaving the mold in pristine condition. Use only a thinly sprayed layer
and wipe excess off with cloth for best results on Styropoxy coated molds. A
second coat of release agent is required on raw foam molds.
