The enhancements further feature the company’s Dynamic Motion technology, a new approach to creating toolpaths. The solids interface and workflow has been completely redone for Mastercam X8 and it makes constructing and editing solids easier and more intuitive than before. Every existing solids function has been updated to reflect this new workflow. Along with the new interface, there are new features such as live preview, hands-on drag controls, and direct editing that have been improved to make the process of model preparation easier. ▶Mastercam (CNC Software), Inc Hall 1B / Stall 102K KX 200, a high performance 5-axis double column machining center from Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd is equipped with 18,000 rpm. It enables perfect high speed cutting parameters even for complex shaped components and deep cavity work-pieces. Positioning and axial/radial stiffness of the tool are guaranteed irrespective of the tool's trajectory. The machine has a B and C axis, which features an angular encoder directly mounted and offers high positioning accuracy. Both the axis have direct torque motors designed. This motorisation offers the advantage of continuous high speed, high acceleration, high stiffness, no backlash and no wear. Furthermore, Linear guideways with recirculating roller bearings enable federate up to 40m/min. ▶Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd Hall 1A / Stall A110 STARTEC XP-P from TYROLIT is a byword for maximum efficiency and optimum tool quality in flute grinding. In the future, cup wheels will be added to the product range with innovative specifications for machining clearance surfaces and face geometries on stockremoval tools made from tungsten carbide. Users benefit from the outstanding edge stability produced by the extended dressing interval and also the large production volumes, which ensure the reassuringly familiar high tool quality. The new STARTEC XP-P cup wheel specifications not only reduce grinding forces – achieving a higher feed speed in the process – but also prevent tool breakages due to overloading during the grinding process. ▶TYROLIT India Super Abrasive Tools Pvt Ltd Hall 5 / Stall C105 PMT Machines Limited Pune Vadodara CUSTOMISED SOLUTIONS CELEBRATING 50 YEARS CNC Turning Vertical Turning Lathe Automats SC-25 VC - 75C Turnmill 1.25 M A15/25 VC - 60C 1.5 M TD36 CNC HEAVY DUTY LATHE SC-14 PIPE TURNING Visit us at Hall No. 3B, Stall No. A106 at IMTEX 2015 CNC Internal Grinding CNC Cylindrical Grinding Surface Grinding BRIG-450 CNC SG-106 CNC BIG BORE GRINDER SWH-400 CNC AUTO LOADING CREEP FEED GRINDER FIGE-150 CNC ID / OD GRINDER AWH-1500 CNC LONG SHAFT GRINDER SGR-60 ROTARY GRINDER Source: TYROLIT India Super Abrasive Tools Pvt Ltd Source: Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd Source: Mastercam (CNC Software), Inc 22 - 28 January 2015, Bangalore HAIMER Tool Dynamic: Highest balancing quality – Innovatively simple yet light years ahead. For example, emerging economies have a great need for new technologies in the production of HGVs or agricultural machines to enable them to achieve the desired growth in the construction and agriculture industry. The future of commercial vehicle production lies in being faster, more energy efficient and more flexible. For the turning experts at EMAG these are very familiar conditions. The vertical pick-up turning machine VL 8 offers a highly efficient solution for the production of commercial vehicle components, for workpieces of up to 400 mm diameter. The basic design of the VL 8 featuressturdy machine construction, dynamic axes and simple operation. They are also based on a completely new machine concept that allows for a variety of production technologies for soft and hard machining to be combined to achieve a very attractive price-performance ratio. The ECOLINE machines built by DMG MORI are high-quality machines that can be used by everyone. The new ecoTurn model unites numerous capabilities: its stable construction guarantees top precision, the extensive equipment promises maximum efficiency, the wide choice of 3D controls ensures flexibility – and the taskoptimized expansion options enable an upgrade of the machines. The basis of powerful, dynamic and high-precision machines is an extremely stable construction that allows accurate machining even under difficult metal removing conditions. The generously dimensioned ball screw spindles and wide roller guides of the ecoTurn 450 are unbeatable in this class and clearly set the machines apart from the competition. It achieves best rigidity values and positioning accuracies of at least 0.008 mm / 0.0003 in and less – even under 0.006 mm / 0.0002 in with direct measuring system.
