• Combine the volumes of Par2cipa2ng Public Agencies to achieve cost effec2ve pricing
• Reduce the administra2ve and overhead costs of suppliers and Par2cipa2ng Public Agencies. Summary of our Approach
ITC has a major presence in North Carolina, where its Charlo;e and Raleigh offices house excep2onal teams of qualified, professional technicians, and 3 of ITC's 4 senior officers take residence. For maximized efficiency and quality, ITC will leverage its Mishawaka, IN warehouse for design, programming, engineering departments, ini2al rack fabrica2on and assembly, tes2ng and purchasing opera2ons. Assembled and tested racks will be delivered to our local warehouse and then delivered and installed at the Agency’s Facility. The pre-‐assembled and pre-‐tested racks will substan2ally cut down the required installa2on 2me and field troubleshoo2ng, allowing for a smooth, fast, efficient execu2on of services. If necessary, ITC can leverage its na2onal resources to bring in addi2onal personnel and tools to complete any sized job. With over 70 trained and experienced employees, 8 company offices, and a $2 million bonding capacity, ITC has the technical exper2se, resources, and capacity to ‘comfortably’ execute services for any size of contract as required by the City of Charlo;e and CCPA. Summary of Costs to provide Services:
A comprehensive list of the brands we represent and the rela2ve discounts that we can offer has proudly been provided. We have also included a table of hourly service rates and percentages. We are proud to pass on the substan2al dealership discounts that we have achieved through steadily increased business and purchasing volume over the years. We are confident the price levels and total value of services contained herein are leaps and bounds ahead of the compe22on. Required Representations and Warranty
The informa2on contained in this Proposal or any part thereof, including its Exhibits, Schedules, and other documents and instruments delivered or to be delivered to the Lead Public Agency, is true, accurate, and complete. This Proposal includes all informa2on necessary to ensure that the statements therein do not in whole or in part mislead the Lead Public Agency as to any material facts.

B. Executive Summary
General Management Philosophy
Inter Technologies Corpora2on’s management philosophy is to provide cost-‐effec2ve, relevant audio-‐visual solu2ons by u2lizing an experienced, trained staff and by employing quality control measures at all points of produc2on. Our staff is trained, cer2fied where applicable, and enthusias2c. We test our systems before they leave our factory. We also test all the cables and infrastructure we install before the pre-‐built systems arrive on site. This reduces overall installa2on costs and onsite construc2on 2me. Systems are again tested by our staff before being submi;ed for final approval by our customers. This, in our experience, reduces call-‐back warranty issues. Proposed Project Team

• Describe your organizaJon’s experiences in adapJng to changing technologies. As a Technology Company, we have to lead by example in adop2ng the latest technologies into the ways we do business. We also need to lead by example in making sure that such adapta2ons make sense and ul2mately achieve a specific goal and increase bo;om-‐line results. Many companies take a cart-‐before-‐the-‐horse approach to adop2ng new technology (i.e. “I know that we NEED this new, cuung-‐edge piece of equipment, but I’m not sure exactly how, or why.”). Before making an upgrade or adapta2on, we make sure that we are aware of the alterna2ve op2ons, and, once a new technology is adopted, that our employees are briefed and trained for the new transi2on. We have seen many innova2ons (some true innova2ons, others just marke2ng ploys) over the years in the AV industry, many of those have been transient and done more harm than good; we make sure that our excitement about a new technology doesn’t get the upper hand and that our decision makes sense and serves a specific purpose. We have adopted video-‐conferencing into our internal processes, and, currently, are taking full advantage of the latests advances in Cloud Compu2ng and Digital Technology. Overall our experiences have been posi2ve, as each decision has been carefully and democra2cally made. Personnel Management

• Explain how your organizaJon ensures that personnel performing technical support services are qualified and proficient: ITC employs a robust entry training program for all Employees. Employees begin training at the Mishawaka Central Warehouse to gain familiarity and proficiency in the processes and standards involved with pre-‐fabrica2on, pre-‐tes2ng, rack assembly, and system programming. Following the training at the Central Mishawaka Warehouse and the review of the company’s Management, HR, and Engineering teams, employees are then sent to on-‐site installa2ons, where they work under the close supervision of the Field Superintendent. During this phase employees learn the proper skills and techniques required for becoming a L1 technician. Ongoing training is provided at minimum on a bi-‐
annual basis to all employees at Formal ITC mee2ngs. Addi2onally ITC provides InfoComm CTS, CTS-‐I, and CTS-‐D cer2fica2on resources, along with incen2ve packages for all employees to obtain these cer2fica2ons. As formal training/cer2fica2on opportuni2es arise with our Manufacturer Suppliers, ITC sends the maximum allo;ed amount of employees to these sessions. We are a cer2fied InfoComm Emerald Seal AV provider (CAVSP Emerald). This means that 35 percent of all Customer Service, Sales and Technical staff must have and maintain general or advanced CTS cer2fica2on or certain InfoComm Academy course comple2on. All our technicians also have at least two years experience in the audio-‐visual integra2on field. Our experienced staff allows us to complete our audio-‐visual installa2ons right the first 2me. This reduces total cost of the project and enables us to pass the savings on to our customers.
• Describe your organizaJon’s approach, policies, and experience with respect to deployment of your personnel:
All ITC Employees review, comply with and sign, and are tested on ITC’s Employee Handbook, which delineates in great detail all of ITC’s strict employee and on-‐site policies. We have an ongoing Safety Training program, ensuring the employees act in accordance with all OSHA safety laws while on and off site. Our safety record is excellent and minimal on-‐site issues have arisen with our employees in over 11 years of business. • Has your organizaJon been the subject of a dispute or strike by organized labor within the last five (5) years? Describe the circumstances and the resoluJon of the dispute:

III. East Carolina University: Contract Amount, $5 million (ongoing)
ITC has provided extensive services to ECU across numerous contracts. Recently, ECU contracted to ITC to ouwit their new 303,000 sq. 4 Health Sciences building, which included over 40 classrooms, 3 auditoriums, 2 videoconferencing rooms, 16 conference rooms, and 2 observa2on areas. ITC furnished and installed a complete AV suite in each of these rooms. It then linked the en2re system together for remote monitoring through the University’s network. Part of the programming consisted of auto-‐shutdown, remote no2fica2on of lamp life, room use, and the4-‐preven2on measures, and typical room control func2ons. Audio/Video Capture and playback systems were installed to allow for storage of mee2ngs and classes, capable of being played back through the IP or local monitors. This storage/retrieval system is encrypted and password protected to ensure only authorized users can view the stored audio and video. Programming was done so all room func2ons could be accessed by a University or ITC support technician remotely to decrease the expensive costs of maintenance and trouble 2ckets. All projectors were op2mally configured using Extron signal genera2ng tes2ng equipment. All audio was tested to ensure proper phase and channel matching. ITC has found that an aggressive, comprehensive cer2fica2on process in the systems it installs leads to a higher quality system that is free from simple errors; this rigorous process is incorporated into all of our installa2ons. IV. Northern Virginia Community College: Contract Amount $2 million (ongoing)
ITC and Lee Hartman and Sons (LHS) have installed over 100 audio/visual systems for Northern Virginia Community College. Rooms vary in complexity from a simple projector, screen and wall plate to more complex system that include the previous, but add plasmas, speaker systems, control systems, Extron, racks, and media sources. All programming was done by ITC and LHS staff. ITC has maintained these rooms for over four years and con2nues to add more rooms.
We are currently in the process of incorpora2ng a new design that will enable remote monitoring of every room at each campus from a central loca2on. This is their first college-‐wide system and will incorporate mul2ple campuses. This design was done en2rely by ITC and LHS who runs the maintenance on the majority of the rooms. D. Proposed Solution
Process
What steps will your organization take to ensure that the transition/implementation for the Project
runs smoothly?
Here is our standard approach that will be u2lized to fulfill any service contract with the Lead Public Agency ahead of schedule, within budget, and most-‐importantly, to your sa2sfac2on: Project Kick-‐Off and Engineering ITC’s approach to the City of Charlo;e’s Lead Public Agency audiovisual technology installa2ons will rely on a founda2on of our proven client-‐focused process of ongoing communica2on, 2meliness, and professionalism. Your Lead Public Agency will receive a dedicated, talented project team, composed of Team Lead Execu2ve David Brewster, Project Manager Jonathan Brewster, Senior Engineer and Programmer Tadz Juczszak, Senior Field Superintendent Dale Miller, and Designer Emily Klug. Upon project award, ITC’s project team will begin with a kick-‐off mee2ng with the Lead Public Agency. At this mee2ng ITC, the Lead Public Agency, and any stakeholders will collec2vely determine and establish project goals, milestones, and a final project schedule for the en2re AV installa2on. From here we will thoroughly review and complete Early Submi;als and Shop Drawings to the Lead Public Agency and the Consultant (if applicable). We will begin equipment procurement and delivery coordina2on immediately following approval of this documenta2on. As the Project Manager, Jonathan Brewster will closely manage the installa2on schedule, proac2vely communicate with David Brewster, the Team Lead, so David can provide the Lead Public Agency and Consultant (if applicable) with status updates, manpower management, and any impacts to the overall schedule.
Project Phasing and Staffing
ITC will manage this project in stages so we can most efficiently u2lize and mobilize our technicians to meet the project schedule while upholding the highest stands of quality and professionalism.
Projects will be assigned two installa2on teams, both under the management of Project Manager Jonathan Brewster. One team will focus on the installa2on of infrastructure, cabling, and On-‐site cabling and infrastructure

equipment, while the engineering team manages the pre-‐assembly, pre-‐programming, pre-‐tes2ng, and shop drawings, out of our Mishawaka, IN headquarters. As each system is ready for final installa2on, both teams will coordinate under the direc2on of the Project Manager, to efficiently complete the installa2on. Post-‐InstallaJon
Once installa2on is complete ITC will complete the programming and begin the final system tes2ng and commissioning. All programming details, such as touch panel snapshots, will be submi;ed to the Lead Public Agency for approval. ITC will coordinate end-‐user training dates with the Lead Public Agency and the Consultant (if applicable) a4er the comple2on of all systems.
Transition Plan
If applicable to the Product or Service, the Company shall prepare and submit to the Lead Public
Agency for approval a comprehensive and detailed Transition Plan, which describes in detail all
tasks and resources associated with the transition of Technology Products and Associated Services
to the Company with minimum disruption to the Lead Public Agency’s operations.
To ensure that the Lead Public Agency has a smooth, quick, and painless transi2on, ITC takes the following steps:
• Leverage Central Warehouse and local offices for Equipment Storage un2l all equipment has been received and the project is ready to move to the installa2on Phase
• Leverage Central Warehouse for pre-‐fabrica2on, pre-‐tes2ng, and ini2al rack assembly, minimizing the amount of 2me required for on-‐site installa2ons while maximizing quality control and system performance
• Schedule and Perform on-‐site installa2on based around the Lead Public Agency’s down-‐2me at the facility. This includes performing installa2ons outside of normal business hours. • Minimize the amount of 2me a system is par2ally-‐installed at the Lead Public Agency’s facility. We aim to complete all installa2on phases on the same day
• If an installed item is in need of repair or replacement, ITC can implement a temporary solu2on (iden2cal replacement or alterna2ve short or long-‐term solu2on)

Client Relationship Management
Describe the communications scheme that your organization will use to keep the Lead Public
Agency informed about the progress of the Project:
As ITC’s Execu2ve Team Lead and Representa2ve to the Lead Public Agency, David Brewster will act as ITC’s single point of contact and maintain regular communica2on throughout all stages of every contract. Communica2on will be verbal and wri;en, to ensure both par2es have complete records of a project’s communica2on history. This ensures accountability and a reliable reference resource for each project. Both verbal and wri;en communica2on will remain consistent, ensuring the client receives the same informa2on and thus develops the same set of expecta2ons regardless of the communica2on medium. For small Contracts totaling less than a week’s 2me, Mr. Brewster will maintain daily communica2on with the client contact and keep the Contrac2ng Officer updated on all per2nent informa2on rela2ng to the execu2on of the Contract. For installa2ons that include mul2ple rooms and mul2-‐week installa2on 2me windows, Mr. Brewster will provide weekly updates to the client contact keep the Contrac2ng Officer updated on all per2nent informa2on rela2ng to the execu2on of the Contract.
Risk Management
Describe the risks associated with the Project or associated Agreement. What contingencies have
been built in to mitigate those risks?
This contract presents the typical risks associated with technology product purchases. They can be summarized in the following categories:
Supply Chain DistribuJons – Over the years many integrators have seen their supply chains disrupted by unforeseen events such as the Tsunami in Japan last year. ITC maintains mul2ple na2onal warehouses and suppliers to overcome, as much as possible these disrup2ons. ITC will also work closely with the client, when possible, to find alternate solu2ons to their technology needs. These solu2ons may become permanent or just be temporary while the original components are in backlog. ITC works through its customer service programs and quality management systems to ensure the client knows the situa2on as far in advance as possible.
Access to Capital – Many integrators find themselves overwhelmed with orders and as a result quickly expend their available capital. ITC maintains sufficient equity and Lines of Credits to accommodate this and numerous other State, Regional and Federal product and service contracts. We have close rela2onships with regional and na2onal banks that enable us to meet our clients purchasing needs.
Shipping Delays – When necessary ITC will deploy its own fleet of vehicles to make deliveries. In addi2on we maintain accounts with numerous na2onal freight companies for normal shipping needs.

Labor RelaJons and shortages – ITC maintains a sufficient level of employees distributed around the country to service this contract. We also regularly hire addi2onal employees when workload dictates the ac2on. Our workforce is mobile and can be called upon for short temporary reloca2ons to service expanding contracts.
