ARRIVAL IN KRAKOW
TigerExpress
The most convenient choice is to take a bus directly from the airport
to Nowy Sącz. There is a direct bus line by TigerExpress though there are
only two courses available:
07:15 am from the airport - 09:05 in Nowy Sącz
12:50 am from the airport - 14:40 in Nowy Sącz
From the airport in Krakow you have to get to the main railway station.
There is a direct train line shifting around from the airport to the railway
station (each 30 minutes from 5am).
In that case, the most convenient choice is the train to Nowy Sącz which
departs at 06:14 from the main railway station. You will be in Nowy Sącz
at 09:24.
You can also take a bus to Nowy Sącz from the main bus station (building behind
the railway station) there is a shuttle to Nowy Sącz each 15-30 minutes from 06:05am.

You can also take a bus from the airport to the main railway station. The bus
stop is located near the passenger terminal in the airport and you can get
to the railway station by buses with numbers: 208 292 902.
From the main bus station (building behind the railway station) there
is a bus shuttle to Nowy Sącz each 15-30 minutes from 06:05am.

ARRIVAL IN WARSAW
Due to the fact that there are no direct buses to Nowy Sącz
from the airport the most convenient way is to take a flight
to Krakow. The trip from the airport is possible but would take many
bus/train changes and strikingly long travel time.

BUS STATION

1. From the main railway station’s entrance go straight to the Aleje Stefana
Batorego street. It is the street in front of the main entrance.
2. Keep going forward, when you see a park (It is called “Planty”) with a monument of Adam Mickiewicz turn right to Adama Mickiewicza’s street
and on the first crossroad’s (it’s really close) turn left to Jana Długosza’s
street.
3. Keep going through Jana Długosza’s street. You will get past the park
and “Sokół” is just beyond on the right hand.
Public transport
With Forum’s ID card you are entitled to use public transport
buses free of charge.
PKP(railway station) / PKS (bus station) - C.K. Sokół (destination)
You need to use the bus Line 3 Planty or any other line headed to Długosza Planty
From the railway station the most convenient is bus stop number 11 Dw. Aut. MPK st. 1 (PKP)
It goes through the bus stop 32 Aleja wolności (PKS) [bus station] so if you are
coming to Nowy Sącz by bus that’s the bus stop where you get in. It is really close
to Sokol (Only one bus stop more) so you can go on foot as well.
Bus stop number 42 [Długosza – Planty] is the bus stop where you have to get out.

REGISTRATION
The very first thing you should take care of is registration.
It will be open on Monday 5th of September from 9:00 A.M to 9:00 P.M and Tuesday from
8:00 A.M to 12:00 A.M. In order to register, please talk to our staff at the reception desk
in the
MCK Sokół Conference Centre
3 Długosza St., 33-300 Nowy Sącz
Check-in at the accommodation facilities.
You will receive the address and the room number at the reception desk.

• Diecezjalne Centrum Pielgrzymowania in Stary Sącz
For participants accommodated in Diecezjalne Centrum Pielgrzymowania in
Stary Sącz there will be buses provided, though you can get to Stary Sącz by bus
line 24 from the bus stop Kazimierza Wielkiego to Stary Sącz – Stawy pętla, or
by bus line 11 from Kazimierza Wielkiego to Przesietnica – pętla. It goes only to
old town, you have to continue your journey on foot.
TRANSLATION
The official language of Forum is English, Polish and Russian. There is consecutive translation provided. All participants will have access to the head-sets
and the translation. Please give back the head-sets every time you go outside
the Conference Centre Sokół!
