VITESSA® CPET TRAYS
Trays meeting the highest customer requirements, made of crystalline polyester, combining
attractive design with maximum stability and characterized by a large temperature window.
The CPET tray
• Temperature resistant from - 40 °C to + 220 °C
• Reheatable in a microwave or conventional hot air oven
• Heat sealed with permanent or peelable film
Applications:
Chilled, frozen and pasteurized
Standard colours:
White or black
Special colours:

CONVINA® BARRIER TRAYS
The CONVINA® barrier tray is a PP / EVOH / PP barrier structure.
CONVINA® trays offer barrier advantages for retorting foods. The EVOH layer ensures an excellent
oxygen barrier.
The PP barrier tray
• Excellent oxygen barrier due to EVOH layer
• Temperature resistant from + 2 °C to + 125 °C
• Reheatable in a microwave oven and by bain-marie
• Long ambient product shelf life
• Heat sealed with permanent or peelable film
Applications:
Retorted and pasteurized ready meals
Standard colours:
Ivory / white, white, black, black / white or transparent
Special colours:
Possible on request

COMEDA® PP TRAY
COMEDA® is a good value standard tray with clear benefits, in terms of stability, sealing options and
microwave suitability.
The PP tray
• Temperature resistant from + 2 °C to + 125 °C (Homo-PP) and - 40 °C to + 125 °C (Co-PP)
• Reheatable in a microwave oven and by bain-marie
• Heat sealed with permanent or peelable film
Applications:
Chilled or frozen ready meals
Standard colours:
White, black or transparent
Special colours:
Possible on request

Etimex thermoforming sheets from different raw materials. Ideal for sensitive production conditions
and maximum quality requirements.
Etimex thermoforming sheets are ideally suited to processing on high performance form-fill-seal
machines.

Flexible Films. VISTALUX®. VISTALID®. VISTAPEEL®.
ETIMEX produces high-quality mono- and co-extruded laminating films as well as peel films made
from polypropylene, all on newest cast film machinery.
VISTALUX® LAMINATING FILMS
Range of uses:
laminating with PET, OPP, OPA, aluminium- and tin-foil, paper, as well as packaging
films, bonding film for sealing pouches, stand-up pouches, and much more.
End uses:
Packaging of food, pet food, medical products, technical parts, and much
more.
Finish:
Standard colours are transparent and white, there are also other colours available on request. Specific film types can be siliconised.
VISTALPEEL® and VISTALID® FILMS
Range of uses:
laminating with varying backing films or heat-resistant finishing. Composite
films as cover films or plastic films. Special types for use as thermoformed lids.
End uses:
Lid films for sealing bowls or cups, laminated film for special packing bags.
Finish:
Transparent and white. Both films can be pasteurised and sterilised. VISTALID®
is known for its easy peel.

PURELAY® PHARMACEUTICAL FILMS
The PURELAY® PP product range was specially developed for the manufacture of blister packs for the
pharmaceutical industry. Manufactured under clean room conditions since 1987. This film is used in
areas with particularly sensitive production conditions and high performance production lines with
demanding quality requirements.
PURELAY® Pharm, the PP thermoforming film
PURELAY® Lid
• Highly transparent
• Push through PP sealing film for pharmaceutical blister packs
• Excellent water vapour barrier
• Can be a substitute for aluminium
• Cost effective
• The film can be printed using conventional methods,

• or coated with a heat resistant top layer
