Sale
Embryos/Embryo Packages: All embryos selling will be #1 grade unless stated. Selling 3 embryos per lot with a guarantee of 1 pregnancy.
Flush Opportunities/Right To Flush: All lots listed as “the right to flush” will guarantee the buyer a minimum of 8 transferable embryos. The
buyer will assume all the expenses associated with the flush.
Settlement & Terms of the Sale: Purchase prices are due immediately after the auction. It is the responsibility of the buyer to handle shipping
from the location of the embryos. Checks payable to Eberspacher Ent. Inc.

Embryo Guarantee to the Buyer:
Embryos are available for immediate shipping as soon as payment has been received by Eberspacher Ent., Inc. Terms of shipment are between the buyer and seller. The seller
guarantees that each embryo package consists of Grade One eggs unless otherwise stated, and that they have been frozen by a reputable source. Sellers must warrant that they
understand that they are responsible for guarantees made by the sales staff, and that they will help take responsible actions to insure the buyers of their lots are satisfied with their
purchases.
A. The transfers must take place in the calendar year of 2016.
B. Transfers are performed by a certified embryologist facility. Options are White Satin on Ice sponsors: Diamond K Genetics, Polzin Embryo Center or Tri-County VetClinic.
C. Buyers purchasing embryo packages that fail to establish at least one pregnancy will be refunded their purchase price by the seller or seller must provide same or equal value
embryos to the buyer.
