Wedding Sales Package - Sports Authority Field at Mile High

This Wedding Sales Package has been designed for you to review our available
spaces, rental rates, two exclusive caterers, wedding ceremony options, some
pictures and our preferred vendor list. The available spaces best for Wedding
Receptions is as follows: United Club Lounge, Bud Light Champions Club and the
Visitor’s Locker Room. The Wedding Package Rate is inclusive of all items listed at
the end of the description of all 3 event spaces.

The premier United Club Lounge includes two exclusive lounges. The East Club overlooks the Denver
skyline through 40’ windows while the West Club provides a slight view of the mountain range in the distance
through the 40’ windows and has easy access from the parking lot. These contemporary spaces are designed
with light woods, brushed steel accents and gleaming floor-to-ceiling windows. Each lounge is equipped with a
video projection wall system that accommodates an array of presentation applications perfect for scrolling
pictures of the Bride and Groom. The club lounge is designed with two alcoves. The smaller alcove is ideal for a
wedding ceremony; while the larger alcove is perfect for the wedding reception and entertainment.
The added jewel of the United Club Lounge is the beautiful fireside lounge which is the perfect backdrop to
kick off a wedding reception with a cocktail hour before enjoying dinner. With three custom bars and a
collection of high and low cabaret tables, this room is ideal for seated receptions for 125- 400.

Wedding Reception (half club rental): $4,000.00
**These rates are for Daytime/Evening Receptions and are based on a 4-hour event timeframe. Additional
Event times can be accommodated at a rate of $500.00 per additional hour.

Located on the north end of the stadium, the Bud Light Champions Club offers the best view of
the field and inner stadium bowl! The room is seamlessly divided by two alcoves with a window-lined corridor.
The West alcove is perfect for a wedding ceremony, cocktail receptions, or the dancing portion of the evening,
while the larger East alcove allows for the catered wedding reception and possibly enough room for the
entertainment if your numbers allow it. Additionally, with 225 stadium seats outside the space that face the
field, guests have the option to step outside and enjoy the Rocky Mountain air! Events have the opportunity to
incorporate the 97’ scoreboard into their event among other visual dynamics. With multiple TV’s are
positioned in the room which allows for branding logos, customized messages or looping videos, this room is
ideal for seated receptions for up to 125 guests.

The Visitor’s Locker Room at Sports Authority Field at Mile High offers guests a behind-the-scene
look at how a professional football team really prepares for a big game! Guests enter the player’s tunnel,
which is a location only seen by players and coaches on game day. Customize the lockers with the names of
your guests or add personalized jerseys to make the dream feel like a reality.
The Visitor’s Locker Room offers a creative backdrop for your event whether you are hosting a wedding
reception or even a rehearsal dinner! With direct access to the field, based on field availability, guests would
be able to view the field from the Field Track throughout the event. This room is ideal for seated receptions
from 120- 170 guests, depending on the type of entertainment you will also be having.

If you are interested in having a Wedding Ceremony on the Field, below is all of the
information that you will need to know. If you are interested in having the wedding ceremony on the field,
followed by the wedding reception inside one of our event spaces, the costs listed below would be in addition
to the wedding reception rental rate. However, a 10% discount would be provided to the interior event space
rental, if both are rented.





The rental rate to have your Ceremony on the Field is $3,000.00
If you would like to have your guests sit in the stands and the bridal party on the field sidelines, we
would need to make sure the stands have been power washed and there will be a $500 fee for each
section you require to be cleaned. You will still need to rent the field for this as we would need to
reserve the bowl to stop production and field maintenance. So the total for this would be $3,500.00.
If you would like your guests to be on the field sidelines, there would be a requirement to setup field
flooring to protect the grass from the chairs and the number of guests on the field. The additional cost
to do this would be between $2,000.00 and $5,000.00, depending on the amount of square footage of
field flooring required.
When you are looking to have a ceremony on the field, please note that no events are able to take
place in the middle of the field. The ceremony would take place on the field track or on the protected
field sidelines.
Please note that the availability of the field is dependent upon the Broncos Football Game Schedule
(released in April of the year of the season) and Outlaws Lacrosse Game Schedule (released in January
of the year of the season). Due to this, we are not able to contract out the field too far in advance, but
can places available holds until schedules are released.

Included in all Wedding Packages
Regardless if you choose the United Club Lounge- East or West, the Bud Light Champions Club, or the Visitor’s
Locker Room, each room rental rate is inclusive of all of the following items:
 Parking
 Tables and Chairs (per inventory)
 Applicable Tax
 Security Personnel roaming the building
 Housekeeping (pre clean, post clean and during reception) based on a typical post cleaning
 Engineering Services (i.e. vendor electrical needs)- not outside the realm of typical vendor needs
 As stated above, each room has in-house TV’s in which a Wedding Message can be displayed on a
continuous loop throughout the event. Our internal AV Company will help to build the message with
(1) engagement picture of your choice. There is also the option for you to create your own Video or
Loop and provide to us once completed. (This is not a presentation- with a specific start time, it is a
continuous loop throughout the night).
 DJ/Band Staging up to 16’ x 8’- additional setup fees will apply to larger stages
 Dancefloor and Dancefloor Tax is included- the only additional cost is a $250.00 setup fee
 Opportunity to have access to the Field sidelines to take Bridal Party Pictures (weather and field
availability permitting)
Costs outside of the Wedding Package
These are some items for you to keep in mind when looking at the wedding package, as some of these may be
additional expenses you will want to plan on.



TULIP Insurance Policy: Since a Wedding Reception is a social event, we would need to order and purchase an
insurance policy for you which will be a rate between $114 and $201, based on your guest count
Linens: We do not have any linens in-house, and they will need to be rented through your food caterer. We do
have high cabs and low cabs that do not require linen, but all 5ft round tables and 8ft tables do require linen.
Please get quotes from the caterers on linen, so you can budget for this.
China: To be ordered and priced through Centerplate or Epicurean, based on who is catering your food. Please
get quotes from the caterers on china, so that you can budget for this as well.
