Jensen presents the latest in articulated tug designs, the AT-35. The AT-35 is a next generation articulate
tug developed from Jensen’s long history of successful tug designs.
The AT-35 is laid out to accommodate a variety of propulsion packages, both conventional and Z-drive (as
shown here). The baseline Z-drive configuration comes equipped with 3168 KW (4,248 horsepower) and
twin Schottel 1515 drive units.
The generous accommodation spaces are laid out in a simple plan, providing easy access and escape
paths. Berthing accommodates up to fifteen crewmembers & supernumerary personnel. The raised pilothouse provides 360 degree visibility over the associated barge, with deep visor and angled windows to
reduce glare.
