ABOUT GWINNETT COUNTY ALUMNAE CHAPTER (GCAC)
A Cotillion is a formal presentation of young ladies, referred to as
debutantes, to society at a formal ball, after they have developed high
moral and technical character, social etiquette skills, and acquired a sense
of responsibility and achievement.
A Beautillion is a rite of passage in which young men move from one
stage of their lives to another. It signals a young man’s coming of age.
There is a public presentation of young men to society at a formal ball.
Gwinnett County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.,
has proudly pulled these two important events together to create our
Crème de la Crème.
Your generous support of the 2012 Cotillion~Beautillion is tax-deductible through our partnership with Fortitude Foundation, Incorporated,
a non-profit, tax exempt 501c(3).
Established in 2003, GCAC offers a variety of
programs and services to the Gwinnett
County community that are focused on
Economic Development, Educational
Development, International Awareness and
Involvement, Physical and Mental Health, and
Political Awareness and Involvement.
ABOUT FORTITUDE FOUNDATION, INC.
Established in 2005, Fortitude Foundation is a
non-profit, tax exempt 501(c) (3) organization, created
to make in-kind donations, gifts and financial
contributions possible for GCAC's scholarship,
philanthropic, leadership and educational programs.
It exists through the financial support of members
of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., corporate and
civic donors.

2012 Cotillion~Beautillion
The Sponsorship Program offers one of our highest visibility
packages focused directly at young people who are preparing for
secondary education. Sponsorship dollars assist in underwriting the
cost of networking and programming along with covering expenses
and services offered to attendees. Benefit details are outlined below
with each sponsorship dollar amount. Whether your goal is to
compete with companies in your market, distinguish your product
from competitors, or launch a new product, GCAC has a
sponsorship opportunity to meet your marketing needs.
Bronze - $200
As a Bronze Sponsor, your package includes:
“ A quarter-page advertisement in the souvenir program to be
distributed during the evening of the Ball;
“ Mention on a special page
recognizing your support; and
“ A table sign listing your business as
a Bronze Sponsor on all tables.
Silver - $500
Your important contribution to this event
includes:
“ A half-page advertisement in the
souvenir program to be distributed
during the evening of the Ball;
“ Mention on a special page recognizing your support;
“ A table sign listing your business as a Silver Sponsor on all
tables; and
“ One ticket to the Cotillion~Beautillion, if desired.
Gold - $1,000
For this event sponsorship level, you will receive:
“ A prominently placed, full page advertisement in the souvenir
program to be distributed during the evening of the Ball;
“ Mention on a special page recognizing your support;
“ Announcement during the Ball recognizing you as a sponsor of
the event;
“ A table sign listing your business as a Gold Sponsor on all tables;
and
“ Two tickets to the Cotillion~Beautillion, if desired.
Platinum - $2,000 and up
This event sponsorship level includes everything in the Gold Package plus
a full page advertisement in the souvenir program on a special
designated page, signage in the ballroom and at the entrance to the
Cotillion~Beautillion venue with your corporate logo, and mention
in event publicity. Other packages in this category can be customized
based on your company’s individual requests. Packages can include
signage, tickets, promotional announcement and other special amenities.
Your generous contributions can enhance the Cotillion~Beautillion
event and provide a young person with memorable experiences.
Customized sponsorship opportunities are available to support
programs, equipment and workshops.

Transportation
Advertising in the souvenir program is another great way to
promote your business. The program is being produced so that
our Cotillion~Beautillion court and their guests will have a lasting
memory of this great experience. Editorial content includes
biographical information for each Debuatante or Beau, a review of
Cotillion~Beautillion activities and other exciting features. More
than 400 copies of this year’s program are expected to be
distributed. And you don’t have to be a large corporation to
advertise! Small ads are very economical and allow parents,
grandparents and friends to send encouraging and supportive
messages to that special young person about how much they
believe in their development.
The deadline for advertising in the souvenir program is December
3, 2011. Full payment along with the camera-ready ad is
necessary to guarantee placement. Please make check or money

Table Reservations
Reserving a table is the ideal way for a group of people to enjoy
this memorable evening. A table that seats 10 costs $600. Each
person receives a wonderful catered meal in addition to the
evening's activities. Individual seats are also available for $60 each.
Seating together can not be guaranteed when tickets are purchased
separately.
