Make Auchrannie Your Choice
With our Country House Hotel originally built in 1869 and our
more modern Spa Resort, you can experience both
traditional and contemporary styles at Auchrannie. You will be
caught up in the romantic atmosphere and get swept away
with our gorgeous grounds and glen views.
The first step to booking your special day with us is to
arrange a show round with one of our co-ordinators. They’ll be
happy to explain in detail about the resort, the facilities and what
Auchrannie can do to ensure everything runs smoothly on your big
day. Once you are happy with Auchrannie as your venue, you can
secure your preferred date with a deposit of just £500.
With our dedicated team of wedding co-ordinators, we will
ensure your day is unique. As we do not offer any
‘wedding packages’ you can be assured that every detail
is tailored to your desires. Our co-ordinators are on hand
to answer all your questions and assist
in any way they can in order to exceed your expectations.

There are a wealth of facilities onsite to choose from; you
don’t have to leave Auchrannie to have the time of your life!
We have two leisure centres both with 20m swimming pools,
sauna, steam room and gym facilities.You will also find a
massive games hall available to hire for a wide range of sports.
Looking for some outdoor adventure? We can organise
gorge walking, kayaking, abseiling and climbing during the
summer season as well as archery, Segways and
mountain bike hire year round.
If you are needing some time to relax, you’ll find the ASPA
is the perfect spot for some indulgance.
Our therapists offer a wide range of face and body
treatments using products from ESPA and Ishga.

Brambles Suite (Capacity: 112 Seated)
Brambles may also be used for smaller gatherings. When final
numbers are less than 70 adults,a room hire fee will be payable.
(Marquee hire for number up to 150 is possible.
Please enquire with your co-ordinator).
eighteen69 (Capacity: 56 Seated)
Perfect for exclusive gatherings, eighteen69’s stunning glasshouse
is a unique venue.When final numbers are less than 45 adults,
a room hire fee will be payable.
Glen Cloy Suite (Capacity: 48 Seated)
For smaller occasions, the Glencloy Suite provides an intimate
surrounding with breath-taking views from its private balcony.
Due to the increase in our room stock, we have certain
restrictions as to when and where weddings can take place. From
late March to mid October, we are only able to offer receptions
in Glen Cloy. Outwith this, weddings can be held as per our usual

The Next Step...
How to book
Your booking will be confirmed once a deposit (£500) has
been paid. You will also need to sign and return the terms of
engagement to us.
We will be happy to provisionally hold dates for a maximum
of 14 days to allow you to confirmother arrangements.
Payment terms
25% of estimated costs are due 18 weeks prior to the big day
50% of estimated costs will be due 12 weeks prior
100% of estimated costs will be due 6 weeks prior
Estimated costs are based upon the numbers likely to attend
and the choices you make. Any additional costs incurred over
and above the estimate will be due on check out.
Please note that all deposits are payments are
non-refundable and non-transferable.

Important Notes
Please note that all products quoted in this brochure are
subject to availability. They may also be subject to price change as
a result of duty, VAT or supplier increases. We will notify you of
such changes at the earliest opportunity
Terms & Conditions
We want to make your day as special as possible. However, as you
would expect, we have a few terms and conditions that we need to
make you aware of before you book with us.
Please take a few minutes to read through these
carefully and make sure you are happy with everything.
Should you have any queries please contact your
wedding co-ordinator as soon as possible.
Room Hire Charges
All function spaces are subject to a room hire charge should
minimum capacity levels not be reached. Your wedding
co-ordinator will advise. (Please note that additional room hire
charges may apply should you reduce the number
of people attending your event).
Accommodation for Wedding Guests
We are happy to book for you a maximum of 10 rooms or lodges
for your wedding guests at a set rate. For bookings of more than 10
rooms or lodges, your wedding co-ordinator will be able to advise.
Menu Tastings
Auchrannie does not offer menu tastings prior to events.
Should you wish to experience the quality of the food that
will be served to your guests, we recommend dining
in our restaurants prior to your wedding.

Live Music/DJ’s
Please note that live music or DJ’s can only be accommodated when
holding your reception in ‘Brambles’. Receptions held in ‘Glencloy’,
‘Eighteen69’ or any other function space are not permitted to have
either live music or DJ’s performing
Should your numbers or choices change, we must be
notified no less than six weeks prior to your wedding.
Please note that should your numbers attending reduce then an
additional room hire fee may apply.
Any additional charges incurred during your event must be
settled on departure. Any unused charges will be
refunded on departure.
When can I access my function space
and accommodation?
Access to function space will be available from 11am
on the day of your celebration.
Hotel & Spa Resort accommodation is available from 2pm on
your arrival day and must be vacated by 11am on departure day.
Lodge accommodation is available from 4pm on your
arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departure day.
On certain occasions, function space access times and check
in/out times can be relaxed. This is subject to availability, your
wedding co-ordinator will be able to advise.
What happens to any supplies I need delivered?
You may have supplies or materials delivered to the hotel. They
should arrive no sooner than 48 hours prior to the
function and be collected within 24hrs after you leave.
We cannot accept responsibility for any personal items
delivered or left with us out with these timescales.
