Music at St. Cyril`s 2015-2016 Season

we will present Missa Sexti toni
by Johann Ernst Eberlin. Music
at Mass will include many of our
favorite carols and motets. St.
Cyril’s Choir and soloists will
be accompanied by a string
orchestra featuring two harps.
On the Last Sunday Before Lent, Dale
Jergenson will once again conduct his
Dixieland Mass with the combined choirs
of St. Cyril’s and our neighboring parish, St.
Francis de Sales in Sherman Oaks.

You will not want to miss the return of our
silent movie night. Cecil B. DeMille’s King of
Kings will again be accompanied by renowned
theatre organist Christian Elliott. You will be
awed by the emotional power of this epic movie
of the Life & Passion of our Lord with the organ
accompaniment as envisioned by DeMille. Mark
your calendars now!
Once again we will have a marathon day
of Los Angeles’ finest organists presenting
organ music from Germany, Bach and
Beyond. Our spectacular Rosales pipe organ
has received accolades and international
attention, and this will be a great opportunity
to hear it in all its grandeur.
