OPTION 2 TURNAROUND / SHUTDOWN USING TRACKING CARDS OPTION 1 TURNAROUND / SHUTDOWN USING LEARNER CARDS 1 Choose action items. 1 Choose learner card topics and gifts. 2 Participate in activities. 2 Learner cards and gifts are shipped to the site. 3 Drop tracking card/lotto into drop box. 3 How It Works: Safety coaches/supervisors distribute cards to employees seen working safely. 4 Cards are tabulated. 4 Employees turn in cards and receive their gift. 5 Participant receives award.
