Bash has moved home to the waters of Coconut

and get rid of the invasive Indo-Pacific lionfish.
Over the past three years, the Lionfish Bash
has removed more than 1,200 lionfish from
the waters and reefs, while also raising funds
and awareness for The Woody Foundation’s
spinal cord injured community and Jackson

Pilates and paddleboarding come together on Biscayne Bay.
Getting your workout in is important. We know all the benefits of exercise, but we also
know the health benefits of spending time outdoors. Why not combine the best of both
and experience a whole new kind of workout on the water? You can! It’s called Pilates
H2O. This combination of paddleboarding and pilates is a new concept brought to
us by two Grovites, Melina from SUPtheworkout (an indoor paddleboarding studio on
Fuller Street) and Christa of Pilates in the Grove (a pilates studio on Virigina Street with

relax in the Asian Garden. Classes will be held at 8:00AM by Dharma Studio and are free to the public.
