entertainment and a 16-Screen Cinépolis Movie Theater with an in-theater dining experience. The property has a parking garage

Coconut Grove is amid resurgence. New tenants from Miami’s most popular areas including South Beach, Design District and
Wynwood are expanding to the area. Tenants include Harry’s Pizza, Panther Coffee, Büro-Work. Network and Books & Books are

Many new high-rise residential projects are underway in the nearby area including Park Grove, the Grove at Grand Bay, Gibson

A new 140-room boutique hotel designed by ARQ has been approved for center Grove and will join the Ritz Carlton and Sonesta
Bayfront Hotels. There are over 1,150 hotel rooms in Coconut Grove.
World-Class Education. The Grove is home to ± 5,875 Students K-12.
Nearby Colleges include University of Miami and FIU, which collectively have over 50K students.
