Mushrooms Fries (0126120)
Smoked Gouda Cheese,
shredded
Sundried Tomatoes, diced
Heavy Cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat fryer 350°F.
2. Simmer cream and slowly add smoked
gouda cheese.
3. Fry Fred’s Breaded Portabella Mushrooms
Fries according to package directions.
4. Serve 5 Fred’s Breaded Portabella Mushrooms Fries with a side of 2 ½ oz. of zesty cheese
sauce.
