Choice of Single Fajitas (V option) Choose from One of our Popular Traditional Fajitas - Chicken, Beef or Oven-Roasted Vegetables. Rostisado de Cerdo Slow-roasted and marinated Belly Pork served with Cranberry and Smoked Chipotle gravy, Oven-roasted Vegetables and Sautéed Potatoes. Having chosen a date and time, confirm your booking. A deposit of £10.00 per person (by cheque or by provision of a valid debit or credit card number) will be required at the time of booking. We suggest that the party organizer visits Zapata’s to pay the deposit by card. However, we will take details over the telephone and take the deposit that way if preferred. We regret that we will not be able to refund deposits once paid. We would prefer menu choices for each member of your party at the time of booking and paying your deposit, but in any event no later than 10 days before the date of your booking.
