Beloved in the Lord,
I write to thank you for your massive support in the Hope Waddell University Building Project. Please
permit me to remind you of our commitment to support the project. Please check how far you have
paid from 2012 till date. I wholeheartedly congratulate those who have contributed over ₦100, 000 so
far. Our good Lord will bless us all and abundantly reward us in Jesus Name.
It may interest you to know that, preparations for obtaining operational license for the university have
reached advanced stage. A team of consultants who are close to the NUC visited the take-off site of the
University on a pre-NUC inspection visit. They gave a very favourable report on what we have done so
far. In few weeks’ time, by the grace of God, we would be inviting the NUC for their final inspection of
the projects and the issuance of the long awaited operational license.
Please let it be made clear that this occasion of Hope Waddell University Project support is a
sensitization exercise. It is a time for Parishes to straighten out their Hope Waddell contribution records
and also encourage her members to:




honour their pledges towards the HWU project
resolve to continue to support the project.
make payments towards their freewill commitments.
make fresh commitments (for those who have not made any commitments) before now.
Permit me to reiterate that Ministers/Elders are expected to contribute ₦500/month i.e ₦6,000/year,
starting from 2012, (It is ₦18, 000 for 3years or ₦30, 000 for 5years), while provers of ministry are to
pay ₦200/month or ₦2,400/year.
I most sincerely encourage everybody to be part of this landmark Church project. Remember, God is
not a respecter of persons but a respecter of gifts. He so loved that He gave… (Jn. 3:16). And so may
you love this project and contribute towards its realization in Jesus Name, Amen.
