On the 15
th
of October, the staff and volunteers of ORTV gathered together for our last fellowship
gathering of this year. Programs for that day includes a game – don‟t forget the lyrics, praise and
worship, short sharing by Rev. Phua, photo-taking and dinner. Everyone had a great time of
fellowship together and was encouraged to press on for ORTV‟s upcoming outreach events. Do keep
us in prayers and we thank God for giving us the opportunity to serve together!

A
total of 14 members from AGWMM Hong Kong came to Singapore between 25th and 28th
September and held 5 Cantonese/Chinese musical evangelistic rallies at 5 different churches. An
estimated amount of 1500 brothers and sisters attended the rallies.
During the rallies, AGWMM sang many beautiful Cantonese and Chinese songs which are written
based on bible scriptures. They also shared personal testimonies and gospel messages. We
witnessed many who responded to the altar call when they put up their hands to accept Christ as their
personal Lord and Savior. May all glory be given to our gracious God.
AGWMM‟s products (CDs, DVDs and Songbooks etc) can be bought from our ORTV Resource
Centre as well as all major Christian bookstores island wide. Recommended for personal use, praise
and worship team in churches and even as gifts for friends and relatives.

In order for us to go further in our ministry, ORTV will be organizing a fundraising concert dinner on
the 1st of February 2012 at Regent Hotel. The programs for the concert dinner include sharing of our
vision, songs presentation from Taiwan‟s Heavenly Melody and last but not least, our founder, Dr.
Doris Brougham, will also be sharing her concern and love for the Chinese community.

Centre for Creative Learning is the training section of ORTV Singapore.
We strive to provide quality training programs in the areas of Chinese Outreach, Creative Arts and
Media; in preparing the people of God for Christian service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.
CCL - Centre for Creative Learning Report (September – November)
1) Classical-Contemporary Voice Training 2 and 3
This course continues in its series from September till November and it has attracted
around 50 brothers and sisters who want to improve their singing skills to participate.
This course will be conducted again in February next year. We hope that both new
friends and ex-course members will grab hold of this opportunity
and sign up for it. Trainer is Singapore‟s well-known Soprano and
music teacher - Ms Stella Zhou Minglun. Ms Zhuo holds many
years of professional training experiences. Kindly stay tune to our

2) Successful Sound for Worship (Advance)
This course started from August till October and was specially conducted for excourse members (basic class) to raise their standards and knowledge. A total of
26 church members from 14 different churches participated in this 10 lessons
course and through classroom lessons, practical and discussion; all students had
learnt a lot from it. Course trainer, Mr. Robert Soo has over 20 years of
professional experience and knowledge. We will continue to hold the basic and
advance classes next year, 2012. Stay tune to our website for more information.
3) All about Broadcasting Workshop
This broadcasting worship was held on the 18th and 19th of November and has
attracted 20 brothers and sister who are interested in the area of broadcasting.
Through the 8 hours of intense lesson, participants learnt about the different
types of broadcasting production. The trainer for this course is Ms Deborah
Maak, a well-known media personnel and she has a very rich knowledge and
experience on broadcasting.

Combining radio drama with modern language, the audio stories provide a
relaxed context for readers to know the stories of the Old Testament.
The stories are chronologically arranged from “God‟s Creation” to “Esther Saving
the Israelites”, with a total of 150 units. The stories are adapted from the Bible,
with the aim of presenting the Bible in a fresh way, without altering the message
of the Bible.
