excellence in Catholic education at this 31st annual
Zephyrfest gala fundraiser for St. Mary Catholic High
School. You will be captivated by each and every

and exciting raffles! A $2,500 private jewelry shopping
spree, a premier hunting rifle and an Apple Watch
are but a few of the intriguing raffle possibilities. And

PAYMENT SYSTEM SIMPLIFIED
AUCTION AND EVENT SOLUTIONS (AES)
This year, we again welcome Auction and Event Solutions (AES) to our Zephyrfest
celebration. AES offers an effective and efficient way to manage our raffles and
auctions by simplifying our payment system.
CREDIT CARD PRE-REGISTRATION
Take a moment to register your credit card at the welcome table when you arrive
and have your bid card stamped “paid.” This will give you the ability to claim any silent
or live auction item you “win.” Your purchases will be directly charged to your credit
card at the end of the evening, so there will be no need to wait in line after you claim
your items. This system is secure and only for Zephyrfest charges.
LABELS FOR RAFFLES
For your convenience, address labels are included to use when purchasing the Key
Club, Packer and cash raffle tickets.
CARRY OUT, PLEASE
Don’t worry about carrying any item, large or small, out to your car; our team of
SMCHS students will do that for you! Just let any Zephyrfest volunteer know and it
will be arranged for you.

Silent Auction Guidelines
1. Each item in the silent auction has a number for
electronic bidding. Persons desiring to bid may make a bid using an electronic tablet from anywhere in the event area. (See info. on electronic bidding on page 61.)
. Each new bid must exceed the previous bid by a

minimum of $5, unless otherwise stated.
. All auction sections will begin closing at 9:30 p.m.

Announcements will be made during the evening.
. Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and

must contact the donor to arrange for service.
. Any bidder not making arrangements for payment in 6
full will forfeit the right to purchase the item.

Radisson Paper Valley Hotel the night of the auction. SMC Zephyrfest volunteers are available to carry
large items to vehicles during the evening. Miron
Construction Co., Inc. has offered to deliver larger
auction items to local addresses. Delivery requests
must be made on the evening of the auction.
. Verification of winning bidder must be presented at

5. Payment is to be made in full the evening of the

Silent Auction Closing Information
• At the closing time for each silent auction area, bidding

• Winning bidders’ numbers can be found on the bidding tablets by using “my bids,” and on various screens and
printouts posted in the event area. Please verify that you are the winning bidder.
• To claim your item you must show your bid card to verify that you are the winning bidder. With a paid receipt or
bid card stamped “paid,” you will then be given your item.
• All sales are final. All items are sold on an “as is, where is” basis. Unless otherwise specified, donors will not make
