Southern Denmark
 Kolding has a population of 89.500 people
 1 and a half our far by train from the Capital
Copenhagen
 Kolding offers nightclubs,
cafés, museumsfacilities
International Business Academy
 IBA is a major higher education in the heart of Denmark.
 The school has now about 800 students on IBA programs.
 Major internationally recognized center of excellence for


degree programs in management, marketing, finance and
design at professional, bachelors, master’s and MBA levels.
IBA offers study exchange and internships

 The business case was based on the management in the banking

industry.
We worked with a real Danish bank called: Frøs Herreds
Sparekasse
The assignment: To develop a management strategy to keep Frøs
Herreds Sparekasse in a leading position for the years to come
The assignment
The project tests the students ability to:
 - Comprehend the situation of a company within a
limited time frame
 - Analyse and identify a company’s internal and
external situation and its potential for development
 - Select and gather relevant data
 - Assess data and analyse them according to given
problem fields
 - Present results in writing and orally in an
appealing way
 - Work together across educational backgrounds
and cultures
