Mobile and Text Users – Conversion effective 12/7/11
Expedited Payments are here!
CCU is converting to a new mobile provider and
we want to make it simple and convenient for you
to switch to our new service. Intuit, the maker of
Quicken and TurboTax, is one of the industry
leaders in this emerging new technology. By
converting, CCU will be able to provide you with
innovative programs and services that build on
the mobile platform such as a CCU app, mobile
deposit capability, and purchase rewards.
CCU is now offering a new bill pay feature called
Expedited Payments. The Expedited Payments
feature extends the convenience of instant
payment delivery channels for the Credit Union’s
bill pay members.
After December 7th, converting will take less
than two minutes and it will be done online. Here
is how you can re-register your phone for text
banking:
• Login to online banking and click on the
‘Mobile Banking & Alerts’ tab
• Click the ‘Activate’ button for text banking and
enter your mobile phone number in the fields
provided
• Click on the ‘Terms and Conditions’ link
• Check the checkbox that you have read the
‘Terms and Conditions’
• Click the ‘Next’ button – an activation code
will be texted to the registered mobile device
• Enter the activation code in the appropriate
field provided and click the ‘Next’ button

will receive balance inquiries and alerts
• Select your preference for account transfers
to your primary account
• Select your preference for primary account
alerts
• Click the ‘Finish’ button – you will receive a
confirmation message that you are setup for
text banking

well as additional features and functionalities,
such as a weekly balance alert, are available on
the primary account you select during

and put more money in their pocket everyday
with the REMIX My Loan campaign. Bill and
Debra Hoffpauir financed a motorhome. Their
“maiden voyage” took them happily down south.
The Hoffpauir’s said, “We explored the Florida
Keys...We notified everyone that if we get lost,
don’t send help! Thank you Community Credit

want to skip – December or January – let a
friendly member service representative know
and we will give you a holiday from making a
