BULGARIAN YOUNG PEOPLE FOUNDATION
MAIN GOAL :
To minister assists for better cooperation
between the government and youth
sports and culture formal and non-formal
organizations, in order to accomplishment
of active civil participation in the civil
control implementation processes, as well
as support establishment and efficient
implementation of national and European
policies for youth development, sport for
all and national cultural identity, as part
of the multi-cultural European space.
BULGARIAN YOUNG PEOPLE FOUNDATION
GOALS :

Help to strengthen the role
of youth and sports organizations for
community development using
cultural, sports, social and civil
functions
•
Promotion of Bulgarian
cultural and historical heritages to
incorporate Bulgaria in the European
structures
•
Fight against the spread of
AIDS and drug addiction,
xenophobia, violence and racism

representatives of minority and
ethnical groups and socially
excluded young people
•
To support the preservation
and development of our national
cultural identity as a part of a
multicultural European area

To assist in building
communal capacity for gathering,

Maintaining the relations of cooperation with
governmental and nongovernmental organizations, legal entities
and individuals, both in Bulgaria and abroad, to exchange
information, experience and assistance in carrying out its
objectives
Research of the needs and resources of the youth and sports
organizations

and programmes

Researches and analyses of
state bodies’ and local authorities’ activities
in establishing and implementing the
government policy for development of
youth and sports

Thematic surveys to establish
the status of the various organizational and
material conditions that affect the
formation and implementation of the state
policy

Preparation of propositions for
amendments to the legislation
•
Symposia, qualification
courses and trainings on the issues of youth
development and popular sport

maintain in contact with experts in all fields,
related to youth development and popular sport in
Bulgaria
