Flat Foot Frame Geometry allows the rider to have both feet planted

The Nautilus 3.0, Sphere 3.0 and Cruiser NX3 feature a Shimano
internal geared hub which has many benefits over a conventional
derailleur system including: changing gear while stationary, less
